I have been going to this TacoBell/KFC regularly for a couple years now. It has always been mine and my wife’s favorite Taco Bell. Great customer service and food quality. Food is usually prepared well and properly heated. The last few visits we have had lately have been less than pleasant. The newer female that took our order keeps laughing when we come through the drive through, almost like she is preoccupied with other people while she takes our order. Each time we have had her take our order it has been wrong or missing items. I really do love this location and I have always had great customer service and food quality, but lately the newer employees at this location have been bringing it down…

Customer service was not great! She didn’t seem to like her job. I felt as if I was taking up her time when I needed to look at the menu for a minute. Today and another day the food has been terrible. Crunchy taco was not heated up. Tastes hard and Stale! Crunch wrap tortilla was very hard and not heated up throughout. I’m very disappointed with this Taco Bell in this area. It needs improvements! Do better!

“Could I please get 2 bean and cheese burritos without the beans and with chicken instead please.” It’s a very simple order that I never get served incorrectly at any other Taco Bell. I can’t ever seem to get this order correct at this restaurant though. You always seem to be able to server cold nacho fries though so kudos to that.

I’m infuriated they got my order wrong and closed the window. The other Taco Bell’s I’ve been to never gave me a problem but this one did. I asked for a box meal with the churro things, but instead I got different tacos that I did not order and they only had one thing right which was the steak bowl other then that everything was wrong! Keep in mind we were the only ones in the drive thru!

It’s very disappointing this location doesn’t honor deals as advertised by Taco Bell. It’s frustrating they do not offer some of the new items and by the time they tell you that, you’re stuck in a drive through you can’t get out of. When you ask why they don’t carry the new items, they just say this location doesn’t and won’t carry (whatever it is). The nacho fries are NEVER fresh and are soggy and gross. I’ve asked if they were a fresh batch and was told yes, but not the case (and they are expensive!)Parking: The parking lot absolutely sucks to try and get out of if you have to park because of where the drive-thru is located.
They to take a little more care packing each order separately. KFC in 1 bag and Taco Bell in another.

This is my bean and cheese burrito. It was pretty much just tortilla. Spent $40 here. Fast food is getting too expensive now just to end up with this pathetic level of service. The soft tacos we got also were like this with hardly any meat.
Our food has come out cold and without everything we asked for multiple times. Go to the one down meridian, you’ll actually get what you asked for.

I’m tired of your location stealing from me and our community! The tacos I bought today and other times are very disappointing.I attached.a picture of my taco supreme and then what you advertise.. Yours looks very good - mine is a couple of spoonfuls of mush and tastes disgusting. You need to rethink your business strategy or shut your doors! So gross!!

The one nearest my house is combo with KFC. Their menu is different sometimes than other places. This doesn't bother me as we often order a mix of tacos and chicken. I have not gone in my local one lately so cannot comment on ambiance. A major plus for me is they always get my order right.
