Placed a pickup order thru the app. Why do they forget the ranch for the salads pretty much every time seems like. Why give the option to customize an order and add more ranch when we don't get any st all. So frustrating.

Cashier struggled with counting our money and giving accurate change back. Then we ordered 3 meals and a (1) kid's meal. My husband picks it up brings it home (obviously he didn't check it or he'd fix this mess while being there.) Anyway all we had were 4 Mexi nuggets and one burrito.. pretty disappointed, Normally its great!

Ive never been inside, only through the drive-thru so I cannot remark on the interior. The drive-thru was fairly quick moving. The order taker was patient & spoke clearly/was easy to understand, however it was only after I got home that I realized there was food missing. The food that WAS there, was very tasty, fresh & not like it had been sitting under heat lamps or made hours ago. I will definitely order from them again, but I will be checking bags before I leave the window next time.
It's fancy fast food, Washington style! I especially love the coconut shrimp tacos and burritos when offered. Order at the counter and pick your favorite soda-pop at the new-fangled beverage dispenser. I go for the fresh fast-food, not the service or ambiance...

My family LOVES taco time because it's normally fresh, clean, and delicious. We went to this location last night. Our crisp chicken burritos tasted soured. Like the meat or the grease was rancid. Then the tots. The tots looked burnt and that's when I realized they haven't changed their grease. We spent all of last night sick to our stomachs. It's been horrible. Makes me so sad that one of our favorite places has become this dirty.

Update Oct. 21st.Went to the South Tacoma Way Taco Time and the entire experience was great. Loved the Taco Burger with the Mexi Fried!!!Ordered lunch at 12:30 on September 16th through the drive thru at the Taco Time off 176th and Canyon Road. Both my husband and I use the ranch/sour cream sauce that I ordered and received PLAIN SOUR CREAM! Ruined our overpriced meals. I even asked the lady to make sure it was the ranch/sour cream (that they charge you extra for) and she confirmed. If you are a sauce person, you'd understand. Never going back to the 176th Street East in Puyallup, Washington!!!

Best Tacos around! Nobody comes close. And their homemade hot sauce is the BEST!!
Love their salads and Nachos at this place. Their tater tots are amazing. I don't order them often because I can eat a large serving so darn fast. All of their food is good. Not sure about inside service but evenings and lunch rush are incredibly busy. Prices are comparable to other Mexican restaurants. There are a couple of food trucks and a new place that used to be KFC that serve more 'authentic' food, but too spicy for me.

Drive through busy and after I started to pull after I received order then someone yelled wait we forgot your Taco.Got home and realized NO nachos for mom. So we shared other two meals with her. Didn't go back for food or refund. Be sure to check your order no matter how many are behind you!

It’s been a while since we have dined in at Taco Time. What was really weird, I have told them that we are dining in and we have received everything on our table in boxes as to go. It was so inconvenient (eating from the paper) and you might have that feeling of being in a rush to eat and leave. This way of serving is not welcome at all. Is like - you can eat here but you are more then welcome to eat somewhere else.I hope is a mistake but it didn’t look like.

I'm new to the area but have visited Taco Time at the drive through two times and once ate inside. Extremely friendly service, great food. I'll keep returning.

I do not recommend this place whatsoever. Everytime I come here I go inside get my food and leave and eat in my car. And for some weird reason unless the food is a fried food like the tater tots or that fried rolled burrito thing it’s COLD. If it’s a chicken taco, COLD fish taco cold a burrito COLD. The meat and the other stuff on food items are the same temp, COLD. Someday someone is gonna get sick from your food and I’m half tempted to call the health department on you guys because this ain’t cool. Your food is considered a hot meal and cold meat isn’t hot, not even warm. Hope you guys enjoy getting investigated by the health department.
