Although we’ve had pizza here several times and it was good. The last few times I called all I got was an automated phone service or no answer at all. So I went in to order pizza with my Groupon. The door was open and the sign was on and there was not a soul behind the counter. I said hello a few times I even called and heard the phone ring. Really bad service what is the problem?

I ordered a meatball Mariana sub and I received the saddest meatball sub. Subway would have been better than this. There was no Mariana sauce or Parmesan cheese. The Mediterranean fries where just regular fries with seasoned salt, no parsley or feta cheese as advertised, the potato skins had none of the toppings that were advertised, no chives and no cheddar cheese. Seems like they didn’t have ingredients and tried to improvise??? First time buying food from here and won’t be return.

So my wife placed an online order and received a confirmation. She was sent a notification that the pizza was on its way about 45 minutes later. 45 minutes after that, no pizza. I then called the restaurant and spoke with a gentleman that told me he had no order for us. He told me that he would look into it and call me right back so I waited 20 minutes and did not receive a call. I checked my account and I had a $54.12 charge pending so I hopped in the car and went to the shop. I asked the guy behind the counter my issue and he told me that he had no online order for delivery. I explained that I had called and he said he would call me back but never did. I then showed him the confirmation, delivery notice and my pending charge and he said he could do nothing about it. All while this was happening I noticed that the lobby was missing a painting and other things that the owner had hung. I asked the guy behind the counter if he was the owner and if he just bought the business and he said no and that it had the same owner. I had met the owner on several occasions and he was very friendly and made great pizza but something felt off about the guy behind the counter. I asked him for the owners email so I could deal with him for a refund but he gave me his number instead. I called the number and it turned out to be the nice gentleman I met in the past but he informed me that he had sold the business 2 months before. I will not speak for the old owner but I suspect that this issue may have happened several times lately.I have disputed the charge on my account and ended up getting a papa Murphy. Ugh. The pizza at this place was very good and it might still be but I will not be able to tell you if it's still good or not because I won't ever order from them again.

Ordered a taco pizza and it had no salsa, sour cream, or taco meat on it. Looked nothing like the picture, was not offered a new pizza and Slice couldn't even get my money back! Won't ever order pizza from here again. ?

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I've never spoken to such a rude person in customer service. The order was delivered missing items, the wrong items, and something made wrong. After calling multiple times and finally getting this man on the phone he tells me he can't make the pizza without cheese but didn't bother to call and tell me or ask me. He proceeded to be extremely rude telling me to just contact grub hub and ask for a full refund. Which I will be doing. However, having that be your solution to your screw up without even apologizing and immediately getting rude is completely unacceptable. Will Never be ordering from them again.

I’ve had good experiences at this place before but unfortunately I will not be ordering here again. I ordered breadsticks and a Caesar salad. My “Caesar” salads had olives and tomatoes on it? And it did not come with any dressing either. The breadsticks are a totally different recipe than previous experiences. These breadsticks have little seasoning on them, making them mostly bland. I can tell the dough wasn’t proofed enough to make these either. The breadsticks before were amazing. I spent 27 dollars on this order just to throw it in the trash.

After waiting over an our for our pick up order, only to arrive to the order not even being made yet, we then waited another 15 minutes, where the employee tried to get us to pay again, after already paying online. Order was wrong and there must be a new owner since the last time we ordered, nothing tasted the same and was very underwhelming.

We had a weekly company order with Pizza Express for several months. However, this week they were late so I called them to find out their ETA. The owner Daniel Rodriguez answered my call and said they were selling their business and the order that I emailed him last week will not be filled. Daniel Rodriguez even stated he saw my second email from last night and he still did not bother to notify us they were not completing my order. He didn't care. This left 39 people without a lunch. This is terrible to do to us; a company that was wanting to help support a local business.

Ordered the large Picasso Special Pizza and a whole Greek salad. Enough for two people. Delicious!

I ordered for delivery at 9. The order was confirmed and the delivery driver was there to pick up. After 30 minutes after order, this company cancelled the order because they decided to close. Very bad business. I will tell all my friends that this is a terrible place.

Mixed feelings on this one. Brought my family in, our cashier was a beautiful blonde gal in a tight blue shirt who must've seen how uncomfortable her breasts being on display made him but our conversation afterwards was precious & worth it since my daughter & wife didn't notice our reactions.She was helpful in making our selections & friendly. We were told 15 min wait time so we left to get some wine & beverages for the kids & came back after 20 min & our pizzas were still not ready. This was our first time with Pizza Express & the pizza itself was not great, but the crust was decent.

Never got my food and they are closed at 8:30 pm when it says they close at 9pm ... worst place ever!

Do yourselves a favor and consider getting a frozen pizza at a local grocery store rather than getting pizza from this "restaurant". I had ordered a margarita pizza and the lack of toppings, cheese, and the crust (a flat crust with no rise) were below average in quality and in preparation. It honestly felt like a child had prepared the pizza with bottom shelf ingredients from a Kroger pre-packaged pizza condiments bag. There was no cohesiveness to the pizza, the toppings were inconsistent, and was truly an immense disappointment in a pizza taste - I had to put some salt on it , which is mind boggling. Dissatistifying and overly priced. Horrible!
