Absolutely the WORST Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. If there are more than two customers waiting, you’ll be there for a minimum of 30 minutes before you get your food. When you get your order, it’ll be wrong, cold, or both. This has happened to me no matter what time or day of the week I’ve been here. The owner needs to invest in training the employees, and managers need to be present. No sense of urgency here. I won’t be back. I’d rather drive another five miles to another Wendy’s.

Love the fact that some dude was out there power washing the drive thru and not paying any attention to his surroundings. Standing in the drive thru then spraying who knows what off the ground into the open drive thru window spraying the poor cashier... nasty. Love that my food is probably covered in parking lot water.

I will never return to this Wendy’s. I ordered two burgers and an order of fries. My first burger appeared on the tray and it sat there for 6-7 minutes while people who ordered after me received their food. Finally, the worker says they didn’t see the rest of my order on the paper and it will take some more time. I told him just give my already made burger away to someone else. I guarantee it was cold and I wasn’t going to wait there any longer for them to make another burger. I told the worker I have waited too long and will be leaving. I didn’t even ask for a refund.In addition, the store wasn’t clean and there were no cups for the ketchup dispensers. Lots of apathy at this place!

Worst service. Went through the drive-through and not only did they stop me halfway through my order to figure out how to take onions off my burgers. They never came back to get the rest of my order. I went to the window after a few minutes and the guy acted like he was waiting on me and gave me a total. I told him I wasn’t finished and he took the rest of my order. He was not friendly at all or apologize for not returning to take my order. Guess I upset him because somebody else brought the food to the window. Got home and saw the one thing I asked for them to remove, they did not. Do better Wendy’s.

They left us at the ordering speaker, in the drive-through, for 15 minutes, after we had already been waiting in line for 20 minutes. They had been getting people's orders fairly regularly, no one had to wait at the speaker more than five minutes to have their order taken, so we asked hello, twice and received no response, so we left.
People behind the counter do not know what they are doing. Our order got skipped.
