I’m from Chicago and out here for work. I’ve never really been picky when it comes to coffee.. Starbucks? Gas station? Home brewed? Eh.. cups a cup.. today I stopped in Down Pour on my way to the job and I will forever be in search of a coffee like this back home. Best cup of coffee I’ve ever had.

Very good coffee, but in my opinion, it is not served hot enough, but rather lukewarm, so it cools down quickly. A scone ordered with the coffee was very tasty

We love coming to Down Pour! The employees are very personable and friendly. They always give our dog a treat. They have a lot of fun coffee syrup flavors to choose from. The cowboy breakfast sandwich is delicious and we love the lavender latte.

Privately owned coffee shop with excellent service and great coffee. No drive through but easy to park and go in.

This could be such a great local coffee shop but it's cold and sterile inside. Lots of concrete floor with very few places to sit. Vibe is definitely stale. In addition, our Chai tea and Latte were luke warm. Hard to figure out the theme of this place but it could be so much better. Maybe the ownership is getting burned out?

We absolutely love this neighborhood coffee bar. We go atleast once a week. The staff are super friendly and efficient. Bonnie and Kim always make us feel welcome. The drinks are made using top quality ingredients that taste amazing every time. The environment is cozy and welcoming. They also sell the most amazing pizza dough for making home made pizza! If you're a local or just visiting this is the coffee show to go to!

Four people in line, a single barista, and I've never seen anyone move so slow in my life. No sense of urgency. No sense of customer service. So rude. I will not be back.

I stood and waited a considerable amount of time while the barista talked to a couple with a child in front of me. Some guy - Justin appeared with his dog and acted as though he was next. She addressed him and he 'graciously' said I could go first. It was so rude all the way around I couldn't give them my money and walked out. Never going back.

Great place with great people. The food and coffee were tasty. Parking is a bit of a challenge though so be careful.

This cafe is absolutely amazing! It has nice, fancy furniture, the tables and chairs are always clean, and their hot chocolate with home made whipped cream is the best!

Best Chai ?so glad this place survived post covid. The sleepy monk beans are a perfect espresso. Scottie dog chai is the best. Cozy fireplace to chat and sip or read. ?Yall are still the best. Love the new gluten-free cookies.Wheelchair accessibility: Good ramps, wide door

Delicious coffee. Really nice owner and coffee baristas. Could have more variety of pastries. They also serve sandwiches.

I stopped by the day before for cappuccino and breakfast sandwich and had a positive impression of the place. The baristas were friendly and nice, the place felt like a very special kind of opposite-of-fancy-but-cute neighborhood spot. Both cappuccino and sandwich were ok, I stayed longer and tried their espresso, which was ok, too. So, I returned today, and ordered a 12-once drip coffee, but surprisingly it just tasted bad. I understand drip varies from place to place, and there is a lot that contributes to the taste and flavor, and this coffee is not supposed to be heavenly good, because, again, it’s not a fancy expensive place where you get a special brew for $5. However, with all that in mind, and with all my appreciation for this place and my desire to be a loyal customer, this drip was simply impossible to drink. I made a sip, returned to the bar stand and kindly (and quietly) asked to replace it with any other black coffee drink. The woman at the counter told she could only Sell me another drink because no one had complained about their drip before, so it must be me making up sone nonsense. Fine, I paid for an espresso, which was worse than yesterday, but still a lot better than that drip. This whole experience is not a big deal, and I would just forget about it and save this place for lattes and espresso, but it was a little too unpleasant experience with customer service to return back or recommend this place to others. Hope this feedback is helpful for the owners and customers.
