I love Jersey Mike's but this place gave me the wrong sandwich and almost charged me for two sandwiches when I just got one

This location use to be my favorite Jersey Mikes not too long ago. New staff now and they just don't care and it shows. They usually quarter a giant sandwich but this time one half was quartered but they didn't cut through the bottom of the bread. They other half they didn't even bother cutting. No and I mean no ingredients are at either end as it's so uneven and sloppily placed. Avoid and go to the overlake location.

Over 30 minutes for ONE sandwich during non peak time is ridiculous, even more frustrating learning my sandwich just sat on the counter getting cold until one employee wanders over and asks the team if this sandwich is ready. Employees moved without hustle, sad to watch. Do better!

This was my first time here and it may be the best sub I've ever had. The staff was so nice and attentive. I mentioned it was my first time and they gave me a free cookie which was small but the perfect dessert, even though I ate it first lol. I wish I got the names of the staff who worked with me because the service was great.

Lots of chain sandwich shops out there to choose from serving subs and specialty offerings, but I'm thinking that Jersey Mike's might be a cut above. Menu standards are well thought out, the bread is good, and the staff at this location is friendly, efficient, and welcoming. Surroundings are clean and bright, helping to make this my go to in the area.

I was driven to Jersey Mike’s after a bad experience and never looked back. First, their subs are packed with meat! Best valve for money. Second, the staff is really the icing on the cake. Always friendly, upbeat, and remember my order.
Delicious. I’m naming my kid either jersey or mike. I don’t know how they do it but I always have the best sandwhich of my life. We order from door dash or Uber eats every time and I can’t make special requests on it which is the only thing I want to note. I want to add your amazing chipotle Mayo on my sandwhich but I am unable to from those apps. Oh well, not to worry I still love this establishment and will continue to order every Sunday. Thank you for your delicious meats!!!!!!!!

I think bagels are either plain or sesame, other so called flavors are fakes. Subs have Italian meats and cheese and some spice, there are no other types. These are the real thing. I tried others places but this is the one.

i ordered doordash club supreme #9 with all the toppings including extra and only got meat and cheese. wtf. thankfully doordash gave me a refund but i will not be ordering from this location again.
