I have always enjoyed my meals here. Everything is prepared well, presented very nicely, and tastes great. Also, the pricing is quite fair.Sometimes parking can be a problem, and they are a bit hesitant to seat single diners at a table, even the small two-person tables. So be prepared to sit at the sushi bar if you are dining alone.Wheelchair accessibility: The parking spaces are on a bit of a slope but the sidewalk along the building, and through the entrance, is quite flat.

I ordered tempura udon and 5 pieces of salmon sashimi. Foods were good. However, there are tons of chefs inside the bar, and they just keep talking and talking. It was so annoying that I could not have a quiet and comfortable lunch time. Seriously, I believe my foods had a lot of saliva from those chefs.Won’t visit again.

How many times have I ordered here in the past 3 years? Countless times! I have actually never eaten at another sushi spot - however tonight was the last time. I have a sesame allergy and every single time I order, I put in the names section NO SESAME SEEDS. Every single time the order came as requested. Tonight, New Year’s Eve, I placed another order for my family of 6 and get home to find sesame seeds in everything. I called and they tell me that I’m wrong, that I did something wrong, that their system has not changed and proceeded to tell me how what I’m telling them was incorrect. The girl on the phone went back and forth with a manager who would not get on the phone with me. After 5 minutes of going back and forth, I said - so you’re not even going to try to make this right? You’re not offering to make it right you’re just going to argue with me? She spoke to the manager again who now decided to remake the order and have me drive back to pick up. I did not want to drive back on NYE and simply asked them to refund half of the order as an inconvenience. She said it was a policy to not refund the order but to remake it. It didn’t make business sense but okay… I’ll drive back. 5 minutes later they called and asked me to bring back all of the sushi that I had picked up! How tacky of them to do this. Do they think I’m trying to get free food? Are they going to give it to the next order? Are they so petty? I am not a person who goes to the reviews to vent, but this was really poor business. Not owning the mistake, arguing with a customer, inconveniencing a customer, making a bad business decision, quoting policies that they admitted do not exist, and accusing a customer of lying and cheating. I’m disgusted with them and the way that they treated me. I’ll never order from them again and I’d suggest you find another place to do business with. Loyalty means nothing to this petty business.
