Came in here and definitely a sense of unprofessionalism. Was just picking up an order, and the guy was on his phones talking with a person except for working on the order that he was currently assigned in until I walked in. He said he would “just need some time”, but he never said how long it would actually take and the order ended up being a 30 min+ wait to get the order ready and I think he had just started working on it when I walked in which is not good for an order that was placed in advance.To boot, I saw maybe their kid running around the store and playing with the cheese I saw on the counter that may be used for another customer’s order. Extremely unsanitary if you have someone playing around with that sort of thing, especially when they may not know better of washing your hands before handling food.The place was also relatively dirty and unprofessional, with some food scraps laying around that don’t make the pizza feel appetizing anymore.Overall, I haven’t tried the food as I’m just picking up for a customer through a food delivery system, but extremely unprofessional service, and I would think twice before coming here to order for takeout.

Unfortunately my experience of Pizza Twist was not good. I ordered Chicken Tikka Masala Pizza Twist Spicy and Chicken Wings Super SpicyFirst about the pizza - some of the toppings were missing e.g. Green Chilies, Cilantro and the other toppings were barely noticeable. Just by looking at the pizza you cannot even tell it has chicken in it. Few chunks of green pepper, same for chickenAs for Chicken Wings - Not a good quality at all. It felt like frozen wings from some store and all they did was put some sauce on it. Did not taste good at all. I order 6 wings and the box only had 5. First I was disappointed then I was glad as I did not even finish the 5 wings and threw couple of them in the garbage. Also, I ordered super spicy but I think all they did was put buffalo sauce on it.

This is a twist on pizza with Indian toppings. They have butter chicken, paneer and other vegetable options. We ordered butter chicken and Bombay Garlic Paneer Pizza . Both pizzas were good. Their pricing is reasonable and it’s a the best location with a good atmosphere. I would recommend this pizza twist to people who like bold flavors. Special thanks to new Management.

Crazy delicious fusion of dishes from India... as pizza or pasta (or have as traditional style). Options to pump up the spices. Only a couple of indoor seats, mostly to go or delivered.
When we ate here the first time, the pizza was an interesting novelty but at least it was hot and fresh. Tonight? The pizza was cardboard with no flavor. The palak paneer pasta was dry on top, swimming in a half-inch of oil at the bottom...and had *chicken* in it to boot. I have health issues and this was extremely unwelcome.The food wasn't just sitting around, either, because it wasn't even ready to be picked up at the time, and we live 5 minutes away. Unfortunately there is nothing to recommend anymore.

Last week, we ordered half Achari paneer and half Vegan Manchurian Pizza on a large-size pizza. Both of them taste flavourful.The toppings are very less and some of the toppings are missing which are listed in the description of the menu like Olives, Jalapeño, and Green Onions.Overall service, atmosphere, and food are good. It would have been very good if they had added a sufficient amount of topping to the pizza.

Only a quarter of my food was ready and it was an hour late. They were unable to refund me there, instead sending me to the owner who has yet to refund me. Avoid this place at all costs, I will update you when I receive my refund ($159.91!).

Well, the flavors were wrong. There isn't much difference between naan twist and pizzas. The masala fries didn't look like the photo. It was full of ketchup, the fries were all soggy. Not at all expected. It looks like this pizza restaurant has so much potential but they haven't figured out their flavors. The pick up was timely.

Ordered a pizza and drove to pick it up at the time they said it would be ready but when I got there they said it would not be ready for another 30-40 minutes. I took a chance aprox 6 months later and ordered another pizza. I ordered their "all meat" pizza and they made me a plain cheese pizza. No apologies or restitution. The employee just said that they would make it correctly the next time. Nope, there will be no next time!
