If you want a juicy burger, add a little more mayo and you should be good.Price: $16 a burger. They have specials on drinks and food every day of the week.Pet friendly, can sit both indoor and outdoor. Definitely check them out.

We all loved this place! Surprised at some of the bad reviews. Service was fast, the drinks were awesome and the food was good. It is bar food, so don’t expect a gourmet meal, but everything we had was very tasty.

Went for lunch on a Friday around noon. Restaurant was not very busy. We sat ourselves and within minutes already had our drinks and our food ordered. Food was great staff was super friendly. Restaurant was very clean. Will definitely come back.

We ate there for dinner tonight. We sat outside and within 5 minutes our server came out with water and took our drink order. We waited probably another 10 minutes for our drinks and to place our order, which we were okay with because it seemed like there was just one server and the bar tender and we had no where else to be. We place our order and wait for food. While we wait for our burgers, the other couple sitting outside leaves. No one comes to bus their table and their used napkins and wax paper tray liner flies off their table and on fo ours. A used napkin lands on my partners leg, it’s pretty gross. Also, an entire little league soccer team and their parents show up. It’s a group of over two dozen people. They start lifting chairs and tables from our section over to their own. It’s clear that this massive party did not call ahead and that Sam’s was not ready to accommodate them.When our server comes out with our food, they apologize for the trash that has landed on us. The server tells us that they are going to bus that table and then come right back with our drink refills.They don’t bus the table, they go over to greet the large party that just came in. It’s been about 20 minutes, we have finished our burgers, and we have not received our drinks yet. Two more people come out the patio and the server tells them it will be a 20minute wait. They leave. Our server says nothing to us. 40 minutes and still no drinks. We see the server walk past us to bring food the soccer team, but they say nothing to is. At this point, we just want the check. We don’t care about the drinks, or about getting another order of “bottomless fries”. After the server walking past us three more times without checking in us, we decide to go the bar to pay and leave. It it kind of funny because it’s like, yeah, unlimited soda and fry refills BUT once the server puts your food on the table, they’re not coming back.It’s clear that they decided to prioritize a bigger party instead of us. It would have been okay if our server said literally anything to us or made any indication that they were going to stop at our table again. It was really frustrating watching our sever completely ignore us.At restaurants that I worked at in the past, if there was a group larger than 10 that showed up without a reservation, we would seat them separately or tell them we were not able to accommodate them.TLDR; the food is fine, but the service is extremely slow. If I decide to return, I’ll order ahead for carry out.

I don't typically leave reviews but omg I just had to . We walked in and sat ourselves, as indicated by the sign and no one spoke to us for a good 10 minutes. When someone finally noticed us they just gave us the menus and never returned back to our table. We didn't even get water. We waited another 15 minutes for them to at least acknowledge my family, but that never happened. We got up and left. There were other tables that were acknowledged by the waitress, but ours was not one of them. Definitely made us feel less than the people they actually did talk to. If I could leave a zero star, I would have.

This is a nice place, appears clean, decent food, environment is fun, parking is easy.Inna was our server and seemed really kind and friendly.Unfortunately this place seems pretty overpriced for what your getting. Charged for everything you ask for- I asked for pickles on my burger and was charged extra.

I enjoy this place any time I go. Huge fan of the taco salad! Thanks for keeping fresh jalapeños in house! They also allow you to bring your dog, which I absolutely love! Especially if I'm going after a long 10 hour day at the office and haven't gotten to see my puppy all day. I feel like this is a great place to go when you are catching up with friends, the ambiance helps makes your experience more fun.

What Happened!? the atmosphere here is a downer,,, the food is uninspired,, i went here when it was a Canyons Restaurant and it was 10x better! Why change it for the worse? what a shame! i wouldnt reccomend this place to my worst enemy

Order takeout of their chicken sandwich... thought it was good but not amazing. Came back here a few weeks later and dined in, got the sandwich again, and it was probably one of the nicest freshest tasting chicken sandwiches I've had.
Pros: I enjoyed the burgers & fries here until my last visit (see below!). $5 milkshakes. Passport card B1G1 for dine in only. Cons:I got terrible food poisoning here on 4/19. We got four burgers to go. I had the "Eggs Over Broadway" and I was the only one to get sick. Was it an egg not cooked enough? Could it have been the blue cheese dressing I dipped my fries in? Other contaminants? I have no clue. But I wouldn't wish the nonstop, violent projectile spewing from every orifice, even on my worst enemy. Two days later and I'm still queasy. Additionally, servers will forget about you, waiting forever to get extra napkins, water, check etc.

This may have been good five years ago. Now, it is so cold that a group of ten people sitting together were all still wearing their jackets. The interior is grim, with exposed everything and a cold cement floor. The food is horrible and caused me to get food poisoning. I do not ever want to go there again.

Never Been to Sam’s before. In the area from Boise Idaho. Definitely recommend a dine here. The Maxx Kamakazie is fabulous and packs a punch, all proceeds go to the awareness of Domestic Violence. Don’t think about it, just stop in and enjoy not only the fabulous food, but the casual atmosphere. Cheers ✌??✌?

Restaurant was not very busy but still took a while to get menus and then after we were done eating a few dishes were cleared it took forever to get the check. Also, very frustrating when we found out that our group of 6 was automatically charged 20% gratuity. We were never told either before or after we received the check just happened to see it on the bill.
