We both had the four course tasting menu for date night and all 8 dishes were absolutely delicious. Every flavor hit the perfect note! My favorites were the scallop secondi (loved the sauce) and black cod entrée (crispy skin), which both had a tasty pickled carrot component. The shredded basil in the cheesecake brought delightful freshness. For such a small and intimate restaurant I was expecting a little more romantic vibes (soft music, dimmed lighting), but we had a lot of fun with the higher energy music. Service was excellent too!

Outstanding! Great service, food was delicious, the portions were perfect, and the value was unbeatable. We had the tasting menu with the beef option and it was great! If the price would have been more, I still would have paid for it, totally worth it.

Great atmosphere and definitely great food! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! The only downside is the portions. I wished it was a little bigger.

I've been meaning to write this for awhile. I love this place! Every time I go the food has been very tasty and in my opinion innovative with the flavor combinations. I recently had the penn cove muscles and the pickled tomatoes added such an interesting acidity to the thai curry, it was very good! First and foremost I'd like to commend the staff for being so helpful and accommodating with my dairy allergy, the chef (I believe) would routinely come to double check allergens which was really appreciated.

DELICIOUS!!! Best dinner and overall experience ever!!! Amazing food, excellent service, quaint atmosphere, not loud. It’s hard to describe such wonderful flavors. I got the tasting 4-courses menu. Photos from the sweet sour salad with peanuts and Brie, the black cod with mushroom risotto, and the warm chocolate cake with ice cream and banana. Sorry was too much into the lamb to remember to take a picture of that!

My husband and I had an amazing dinner at Stone House. We love this place. With a small staff they did amazing from the chef coming to talk about allergies to the attentive waiter. The food was phenomenal too. Highly recommend.

We went this past weekend. It's clean and small inside and quaint, but they may want to create a softer lighting ambiance, it was very bright inside! The service was good everyone was friendly and happy. The food was good. Presentation was lovely. My only complaint was the portion size. It was all VERY small. For the price I would expect a dinner that doesn't leave me hungry. I got the petit filet - which consisted of two steak medallions the size of a half dollar and about an inch thick, about 3 fingerling potatoes and 1 thin piece of broccolini. Pretty disappointing. For dessert my husband and I split the chocolate cake, which was the size of a mini muffin. So we each got one bite. Again, everything was yummy, but was kind of an awkward experience.

Absolutely delightful! We visited The Stone House for a birthday dinner, and were not disappointed.(Current events related: masks were required to enter, and vaccination cards were checked.)Both of us ordered the tasting menu, and thus were able to sample 2/3 of the menu. It was all absolutely delicious. The chef does a wonderful balance of sweet, salty, and acid. All of my dishes had bold herbs/spices, and all contained at least one sour component to balance things out.We also appreciated that, without batting an eye, the waiter was able to offer us a wide range of non-alcoholic drink options. (The virgin mojito was delicious.)I loved that the chef came out periodically to bring dishes, or clear them away. I didn’t realize at first who he was, and confessed to him that I had picked up my pork chop bone to gnaw on it. “Of course!! That’s why I plate it this way! I COULD make it look pretty…but the meat on the bone is the best part.” (I assured him that the bone didn’t detract in the slightest from the presentation.)

Poor service. Out of half the items on the menu. Overall, a poor outing and disappointing night.

Excellent, home cooked meal! Really impressed with the flavor and portions. I will have more business lunches here and I'm looking forward to bringing the family for a dinner.

Went in for my wife's birthday, and we had a great meal off the tasting menu. The space was cozy after coming in from the rain, and the food was fantastic. The staff was pleasant, and everyone in the room was respectful of masking when needed. We are definitely looking forward to coming again!

Great service, great place. This is a fine dining joint and I'm so glad they made it through covid. We recently went and I had the pork chops and beet salad. Both very good and highly recommended.

Amazing spot for a fancier/special occasion meal. I can here for my birthday a couple years ago and fully enjoyed the meal and experience. I tried the bread, mussels, and petite filet with chimichurri. Everything was delicious and satisfying. I don't remember which drink I got, but it was great too -- if their menu hasn't changed it was probably the maple Manhattan. They seem to be a good example of a restaurant with a relatively small menu that's perfected everything on it. Pair that with the good service and cozy atmosphere and you have a perfect dining experience. The prices are also reasonable for the high quality. 10/10 would definitely go back.
