The service(waitress was nice) and atmosphere(clean) cannot make up for the prices and taste. A store bought cheese pizza for 5 bucks and twice as big tastes the same as an 11 dollar 9inch pizza here. Yes prices are higher but this is the highest I've seen a pizza from a chain. Should have been skeptical by the fact there was only one other table at lunch time.Taste and price wise can't recommend.

Food is good, had a waitress tonight that was short with my spouse and I. Ignored us the whole night to go outside to smoke with coworkers and only talk to regulars. Unfortunately did not catch her name. I had go up front, where she was and still ignored me to be rung up by someone else.

The food was OK as far as pizza goes. It wasn’t the worst, but it definitely wasn’t the best. The place was completely empty, which is always a bit disappointing. The service, though was quick and very friendly. Which almost made up for the fact that we were the only three people in the building.

We eat at Zekes regularly and love it! The staff is wonderful! They are always friendly, helpful and a pleasure to work with. My favorite pizza is the Thai One On with the gluten free crust. Their gluten free crust is the best I've ever had. Highly recommend!

Terrible service they have 5 people working and it takes them 30 minutes or longer to have your pizza ready with only 2 customers in the store or online orders when you placed the order over an hour

We sometimes get a few pizzas for delivery at my office from this location. After having it more than half a dozen times now, I can confidently say that the pizza is consistently bad for no other reason than the crust is just way too tough. After two slices my jaw begins to ache, even without consuming the ends of the crust. I have not had the same issue with the Zeke's in Kirkland where the crust is perfectly soft and fluffy. I don't know if it's because the dough is overworked before rolling or if the pizza is just overbaked, but it's definitely not the right texture for pizza. I would be happy to try it again and change my review if they fix the issue with their crust, but for now I cannot recommend eating here.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Server had attitude from the moment we walked in. Didn't bring us water, didn't ask us if we wanted anything to drink besides water. Didn't check on us. Slammed our food down on the table. Just the absolute worst. Wont every be back..Response: 2 adults in the party are 75, retired. one is 13 and the other has never been on the service industry. Tell me how you think you know we are in the service industry when you dont even know who we are? You can't, just blanket assumptions and deflecting responsibility.

She could not have been more unpleasant.Response to owner: Nope owner is just trying to make excuses for his incredibly rude employees. Employees are an extension of management and ownership so clearly they behave in a manner that the managers.Tell me how you " know" the two 75 year olds, 13 year old and i are in the service industry...you can't you dont know us. The same blanket response full of baseless assumptions. Not genuine at all.

Went to Zeeks with the family and we will be returning! Red headed server Rose was amazing! Super friendly and had drinks at the ready. Food was great as well! Excited to return for the Dragon pizza and wonderful service :)
