I’m always looking for local small coffee stands and shops over the larger chains. I intentionally passed the Starbucks down the way to give this place a try and was super disappointed. I ordered a cold brew & what I received would be akin to a watered down tea. Definitely not the standard of what’s expected with a cold brew and the flavor was just as bad-no coffee flavor whatsoever, just bad. This went directly into the trash ☹️

I've been looking for a more local/mom & pop type coffeeshop now that I no longer go to a bigger chain shop and I think I've found one! The woman that helped me this morning was so friendly and helpful that the customer service alone would have me coming back even if the coffee was terrible....which it isn't. The coffee was perfect! I now have two shops that I'll be going to often. One is closer to home and Beanwater when I'm headed to work.

Watered down $10 flavorless coffee and even worse customer service. Sad to see hard earned dollars going to this business. Save your money and support something better, which isn’t a high bar to set after Beanwater’s service. (Thumbs down for size reference)

Not sure if it’s the owner or a worker but they are representing business they should be law abiding .driving there sprinter van she had dark hair had her cellphone glued to her ear on the 512-167 freeway riding on my tail by herself driving in the carpool up till Renton .

I don't know where they get these beans from; but this coffee is GOODT!Friendly and knowledgeable baristas.Good selection.I always get a different flavored latte when I go.Never been disappointed!Try it!
