Walked in last night. Food was extra salty. At 1st thought it was just the chicken in the bowl. Tried the steak bowl same thing. Not normal very off. High blood pressure immediately my daughter said after one bite. Keep at it. It'll look like the Sonics near by

I actually really like eating at chipotle it’s just always disappointing that this one in Renton always give you less when you order on door dash or online. So if you don’t have time to go pick up your self don’t order here!

Waited 4 minutes longer for my pick up, she didn't even acknowledge me to pick up my order, had no eye contact, and the cashier didn't let her know I was there waiting. She didn't give me a chance to ask for my order just sitting there. ?I'll like to add that I could have went anywhere to eat and payed good money. I ordered online because it's supposed to be seemless. The worker was so rude with her mannerism and body language, she knew I was there, and I saw her finish my pickup and she just walked away and had no other customers besides the worker that she made the food for that was going home for the day. I worked all day from 4 in the morning to 6 o'clock. My time is more valuable to me then to be Going to a restaurant that has no regard for customer service. I was nice and patiently waiting and she also was doing all the besides the point stuff like cleaning off other workers station and also called over another worker to "help" her. I was the only one there and the girl she called over did her job by asking what my order was. I was nice the entire time. I WONT BE BACK EVER AGAIN AT CHIPOTLE. also my burrito barley had any meat and stuffed with mostly rice.

Ordered the al pastor bowl for take out. It was exceedingly salty. Called and got transferred to talk to the manager (named M....), I told her the food was so salty and she didn't seemed to be cared. I tried to eat the food but I can't take it. It was so salty that make my tongue feel weird. I tasted a small portion of everything to figure out the problem. I believed it was the white rice. I brought it back to the store. I told the manager that was the rice, again, she didn't seem to care. She responded: "you are the first one complaining today". Can't believe she said that! This store need a more trained manager to run this store.

Don't order online. Your order will be however they choose to make it. They will give you a free soda instead of replacing your meal as they should. Also the website shows guacamole including when buying a burrito bowl. Be careful they will charge

I placed an order through their website and was charged 40 dollars for 2 bowls and that’s fine but The bowl portion size was very small. On top of that they didn’t give me what I asked for. There were about 3 pieces of chicken barely any beans more rice salsa and sour cream than anything. Tried to reach out but the phone lines won’t let you speak to anyone and spoke to a representative online through their website and they didn’t help as well. They won’t give me a refund or won’t let my next meal be free or take a percentage off. I won’t be ordering online again and Very tempted to not order in store as well. I’ll definitely let family and friends know as well.

1st time this location. Fresh, tasty food. Clean, good space. Great/big portions.Service was ok- 1 worker (manager?) On phone in front pocket, was less than friendly. Everyone else was an efficient machineKid-friendliness: Build your taco is a hit. 3 shells w 3 sides so every 1 taco can be different combo. Daughter loves it

I typically have no issues but maybe there’s new management. The girl who made my bowl was incredibly rude and did everything rushed and sloppily despite there being only one person behind us in line. Asked for double protein and she only gave one scoop. And then half a**ed the second one. Ignored that - she must be having a bad day. I finally get to eat my bowl after a long night (currently midnight; ordered around 3pm) and everything is so salty I can’t even enjoy it. I’m beyond upset. This bowl is gross. Literally sitting in front of me as a type this - staring at it in disgust. I’ve never experienced this before but it’s ridiculous. One person having a bad day is one thing but the whole crew is off?? Nah. Will be calling tomorrow (later today?) for a refund or replacement. This is unacceptable. I expected happiness in a bowl not hypertension. And fire the brunette girl with highlights. Fairly long - Had her hair in a braid. Extremely unprofessional.
