I used to LOVE coming here with my bf but we will no longer be coming here anymore. They don't care about their customers and do not know how to make the drinks. In the beginning, they'd always make our drinks delicious and perfect. Now almost every time we go it isn't drinkable. They always put too much chocolate in my picture perfect so I'm basically drinking chocolate milk. We had flapjack ONCE and they've never made it as good as the first time we were recommended it by a brorista. There are times where our drinks straight up taste like nothing or not even coffee. And just today, they decided to try to give us a flapjack + picture perfect with no whip cream. When we told them we ordered it with whip cream they took it back, put whip cream, and handed my bf a chocolate dripping mess. The consistency of the drink was really watery (and always seems to be) despite always ordering freezes. And again like clockwork it was basically chocolate milk, not edible at all. It got all over my favorite pants and my phone!! I'm fuming. I dunno what happened to this place but if they keep fumbling like this they're sure to close down eventually.

I go to the location a lot sometimes 2 times a day with my self and family and I couldn’t ask for better customer service here they are all sweet and very respectful and love coming here keep up the good work everyone

Today was my birthday so I stopped by for the free drink and they went above and beyond as you see from the photo. I forgot to take a picture of the side, but they did a double cup and put syrup and sprinkles so you could still see it and it didn’t mix into the drink. They definitely helped making this birthday amazing thank you so much Dutch bro team!!!!

MY FAVORITE. Coolest staff, super helpful and friendly. Delicious coffee and espresso drinks. I recommend white coffee/espresso. The espresso they have here in general is definitely delicious and great quality beans!Reasonable prices too for even a large drink with customizations/add ons, etc! Love this Dutch Bros Coffee stand.Starbucks who??? ☕️
