Ordered on DoorDash last night. Yakisoba tasted like leftovers or like it was frozen and then re-heated. It was soggy. The fried rice was mediocre at best. The spicy chicken was just hot sauce covered chicken. The salad dressing was well I don't even know what kind of dressing it was but it wasnt the kind you get with your typical teriyaki place. I dont understand why this place is highly rated on DoorDash.

I ordered chicken teriyak. They didn't use a teriyaki sauce they use a maple syrup instead.

Ordered spicy beefs and vegetables, they should have said cabbage and a tiny bit of beef, plus I had to wait 20 min when they had quoted me 10 min. Beef tasted strange also like it was old

The lady/cashier/owner is not really nice. Their food is not even good, seems old and they don't give a lot of meat. They don't even give out soy sauce packets and chopsticks for sushi. I mean come on!!!!

I ordered a hot spicy noodle soup through GrubHub. What I got appeared to be a package of top ramen cooked with a couple slices of fresh carrot and broccoli. Not worth $10.62 that I got charged. The shrimp fried rice and chicken teriyaki was ok; otherwise, this review might've been 1 star.

They used to be good, but they must have a new cook because it wasn't good today. Got the standard Teriyaki and the rice was kinda mushy and the new sauce they have isn't great, it's got no sweetness and it is weirdly blob like. I did like their salad dressing a bit better than most places since it wasn't sweet and I don't like sweet salad. Their chicken was cooked well too, but that's about it. I won't be ordering from here anymore.

The customer service was really good, I got the chicken teriyaki but I did find some hair in my food?. It was kind of a weird atmosphere. It might’ve just been the time that I went. It was an hour before closing. There’s some weird dudes up in there. There are definitely better teriyaki spots in the area. I will just go there.

My parents stopped coming here for a variety of reasons. For example, they mentioned that they ordered the beef short rib, but it appeared that most of the meat was missing. I told them to give this restaurant another chance and ordered the beef short rib to see if I had a different experience... unfortunately not.At first it looked like plenty of meat, but hidden underneath it was a bunch of short rib bones with the meat cut off. Either the cooks are taking some of the meat for themselves or the owner is trying to cut costs this way. Most of the ingredients (e.g. meat, vegetables) didn't taste fresh, although I did like the overall flavor of the food. Some of the meat was burnt, which apparently is a consistent issue here.I'm being generous with my rating, but we won't be coming back for the above reasons.

The food was absolutely terrible in every aspect. Sauce was a jelly like glob squeezed over barely warmed freezer burnt chick. The service was quite nice to be fair but the food was inedible at best for the 2 dishes I purchased.

I have been going to eat here since I was a child, nearly 20 years now, and I have never left disappointed.... until now. This has always been my favorite teriyaki place, but on this one occasion I took my wife and son to grab a quick bite after an event. I ordered chicken and beef combo, son ordered chicken, and wife ordered chicken and katsu, with 3 sides of gyozas. To start, the portions were MUCH smaller than usual, with almost no teriyaki sauce on anything. My wife had a small piece of plastic in her chicken, and I had 2 pieces of plastic in my unusually small and sad looking portion of beef. It saddens me to say that because of this experience, I can no longer attest to the quality of their food, and will likely not go back again.

I ordered chicken yakisoba and I ended up getting noodles with few pieces of cabbage, two carrots, and the chicken was shredded with no seasoning. This is by far the worst teriyaki place I've ever gone too. I expected more based on their reviews.

Overall just a hard pass. "Prawns" had a terrible odor. Teriyaki sauce was so unbelievably thick and sweet not edible. Spicy Tuna roll did not come... rolled and hardly any tuna Bibimbap also had almost no meat. Crunch Roll was the only decent dish but even that was below average at best.
