I've always felt Mexican food West of the Cascades is pretty hit or miss, but this place has the best Mexican food I've had in the PNW. The booths are a little worn, but the food is fantastic. Highly recommend and will definitely detour to hit this place on any trip I make up to the Seattle area.Parking: DO NOT park in the Post Office parking lot next door
I’ve tried a handful of items from the menu, and they’ve all been consistently delicious in the two years I’ve lived in the area. Jaguar is a family friendly restaurant and is the only Mexican restaurant I’ve come across in the last couple of years that hits the spot with authentic Mexican food.The quesabirria (probably spelt that wrong) is SO good. As a basic generic white guy, I love a good California burrito and theirs is hands down the best I’ve tried in Washington....read full review
