Gave us the wrong order, even with the name repeated. All 3 of us got the wrong sandwich. My friend took them back and got the correct order, but vegetables were totally forgotten and very sad portions of meat and cheese.

Normally this location is on the ball and "Freaky Fast". My last experience was way below that standard. I ordered my sandwich at 3:23pm for delivery and got the email saying they received my order, app also showed that my order was received. I waited 30 minutes (they could be busy)... 45 minutes (really busy?)... I then went on my meal break at 1 hour past the time I ordered it (still shows they have received my order). Still nothing. Called and got the response of "we don't do delivery past 4pm, we voided your order. Someone was supposed to have called to tell you". My response was "No one called me, I ordered it at 3:23pm and I am now 15 minutes into my meal break with no meal. What am I supposed to do now?" Their response was "I suggest you get food somewhere else then.". Tried to call back this week to speak about this further and apparently this location is now permanently closed.

Just went there and asked for a request, that ever location I've ever been to has done... "please put the meat/cheese down first and veggies/extras after (so the my sandwich doesn't get soggy [I won't eat it all]).*it's the way Jimmy John's used to make em...?They said, NO...Just lost my business... and I'll tell others

Great menu for everyone's taste preference. Order made quickly and accurately. I wish they would add more meat but for the price it is worth it.

Fast and friendly can’t argue with that. Wish that indoor dining was still shut down for fast food chain places like this but that isn’t the fault of anyone locally.

I ordered lunch for my husband from this location today. The driver did not notify my husband that he was there and he has no idea who was given his sandwich at his place of work. Someone noticed the sandwich in the break room and told him it was there. My husband called the location and asked to speak to a manager. He was told to call back because they were busy. He called back and the manager couldn't care less. My husband told him that his employer and co-worker order from them regularly but he'll spread the word to avoid them. Manager still didn't seem to care.

The service was super fast, but the food was terrible. This was my first time at Jimmy John's, and I will try to avoid returning to this place. I'm sorry, but the tuna sandwich was cold, most of the cheese was out of the sandwich and the tuna tasted weird. I do not recommend this place.
