We're from Texas so places like Jimmy Mac's feel like home for us. Not many places let you throw peanut shells on the floor. Just laid back family friendly atmosphere. I was craving a steak and potato. I definitely got what I wanted. My husband wasn't too happy with his piece of steak. But our waiter took care of us.Kid-friendliness: Very family friendly

Came in for a quick pickup on a lunch break. The order was made fast, and I got a cup of Crawdad Chowder and a dozen buns of bread. The bartender at the door who took my order was very lovely.Parking: The parking lot is spacious, and still has quite a bit of room with tons of cars parking in.Kid-friendliness: They have a pretty good selection for the kids menu. Can’t quite remember what specifically. I see a lot of family’s come in for celebrations and events like birthdays.

My initial review was good but upon a subsequent visit I must lower the rating substantially. The cut of ribeye was just bad. Leading to poor quality.

I was supposed to take my team out to lunch at the Applebee's in Renton and the Host there was incrediblely rude and refused to seat us in a booth even though I could see several booths available. I explained I have a back injury and needed a comfortable seat.Needless to say, I made the executive decision to leave and travel not too much further to Jimmy Mac's and not only was the atmosphere far more upbeat, the Host pleasantly accommodated my need for both seating and the service and food were by far better. We should have just started there in the first place. Lesson learned!
