I went through drive thru and had an insanely hard time hearing them. Their accent was very thick and spoke at such a fast rate that made it impossible for me to understand what they were saying. The food was abysmal, I felt like the quality kfc has now gone down into the gutter. Chicken was soggy and dry, the coleslaw is probably the best thing on the menu.

I ordered the fish sandwich combo and the fish had no flavor and the fries tasted as if it was fried in fish grease. My fries was cold and I watched them sit on the counter while they waited for the fish. I tried it and will not order it again.

Bought an 8-piece half and half family meal and the biscuits were hard. The chicken tasted really dried and dark like it was fried in old oil. For that price it was a rip off and will never go back.

This store is like many others depending on the staff the service gets better or worse. The reason for the low rating wasn't for the service, food quality or cleanliness of the store but because I was hungry and wanting food and the door says their hours are from 10:00am -10:00pm and it's now 10:15 and the door is just now being unlocked.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. How are they still open? they dont even try. Rude, dont even try to give you the food you order, they just put whatever in the bag...The only thing they have going for them is their sides (not including their fries)..If you decide to go there, get a receipt and check our order before you leave!
We tried to order at the drive-thru and this food crew on the mic when asked how much was $41-$8, he said, "oh come on, don't let me do the math it's hard!" And we were d*** founded with what he said next, "let see, $41-$8 is $36!"? And the last thing he said after that was,"...and don't make me do the math again because it's hard, I don't like math!"? The next we did was pass and drove home.PLEASE! Teach him to do math before accepting the customers' orders, if he doesn't know math, at least he could've ask his supervisor for help. We're not going back to that place anymore? bad service

if i could give 0 stars i would. i had an order to pickup and came through the drive through, the worker told me i had to come inside to get it… drive through is on a one way street with a massive median in the middle so i had to complete leave go down the street and flip a uee just to go inside and immediately pickup my already done order.
