Bad service ever in KFC NEVER except a good service but that was horrible. Three Mexicans women helped nothing because the system was super slow and my order cannot show up, bad attitude and nothing solved, never gonna come here again.

I have tried many KFC throughout the years. Somehow, this one has never failed me. The fried chicken is always well prepared. It tasted like the oil they used is always clean and fresh. The servers are always nice and offer the manager's special, the place is always clean, and food is always warn, fresh and tasty.

I was the only one there at 4pm on a Tuesday, funny this was the "sponsored" kfc on google maps, guess I known why now. Service wasn't great, I ordered online and my order wasn't ready when I arrived (despite the app saying it was good to go). So I waited and showed them my order twice and I think they ended up making the whole thing from scratch so its fresh at least. They didn't leave anything out of my order.

Ordered chicken bucket to go, asked for a side of mashed potatoes and gravy, when I got to the window I asked if the potatoes could be the small side and gravy in the bigger container. Not realizing the changed for a large side, and small side for 1 small side, nothing like being tired on the way home from hospital to get one small side and get charged over $11! Customer service doesn't exist here!

Worst service I have Eve experience in United States past 34 years. Worst management.!She served me my meal and was so rude when I ask for ketchup and she showed my big eyes and moved her head like she don’t care . Here is my receipt attached just so KFC KNOWS I was genuine customer but this is second time they behaved like this that don’t care if customer comes or no - Staff like like super tiredNever come to this location

Got an 8 piece bucket.....$52! Then she said oh what cake does you want... I was like cool free cake. Nope! To my surprise when I got home I was charged 5.99 for the damn cake. AND THEY DIDN'T PUT IT IN MY BAG!
Hot and spicy fried chicken wings!! It's a new item and I'm in love with these things, and I didn't frequent KFC before, and now I do.

Stopped by on a weekday around 5pm. Walked in. Service was fast and the guy who helped us was nice. Dining area looked clean and new, almost like it was renovated but not sure when that happened. We took the food home to eat and it was hot and delicious.
