Really great broth, a tad too salty in my opinion. My piece of pork was a bit tough this most recent visit.

I ate here and found one of those black sugar ants in my ramen (the ants we see everywhere in washington). I was pretty repulsed after I had been eating for a few minutes already. I mentioned it and got an instant refund, which was nice, so good on the kind waitress that helped me out. This place is pretty disappointing, and from what I had encountered, it was disrespectful to Japanese culture and cuisine to have a kitchen so dirty to the point that insects can make it into the food. The owners need to seriously clean this place top to bottom and ensure the kitchen is a safe environment for the consumer and the employees.

This has been my go to Ramen place for a few years now. As of just a few months ago they changed their Spicy Miso recipe. Not only is the broth flavorless but they put in different veggies than they used to yet they increased the price by a few bucks. Why change something that is so good? Big bummer. Guess I'll be going elsewhere from now on for my Spicy Miso.

Ramen was pretty good but not great. Would give 4 stars for ramen 1 star for the rest. The appetizers were bad. We had a fried chicken app and then an octopus dumpling app. Both has been fried God knows how long before anyone ordered it. The outside was chewy like it was fried 4 hours prior and sat under a light. Kinds luke warm, rubbery, chewy exterior. We didn't eat them.

Kizuki's Renton location is cute and cozy, with amazing food and great service. There's also a pick up window for convenient online ordering. The ramen was incredible with a rich broth and perfectly cooked tonkatsu, the matcha cold brew was spectacular, and the food was ready quite quickly. Kizuki definitely has some of the most authentic ramen, and they even have locations in Japan!

Ordered online and it said my food was going to be ready at 5:32pm. Arrived on time and the waitress told me my food would be out in 2 minutes. Waited another 10 minutes and then the waitress said to go to the back and check with the kitchen. Turns out the kitchen hadn’t even started my order. Waited another 15-20 minutes to get my food. Went home to eat it but there was no flavor in the broth. Just tasted like noodles with water. Won’t be coming back here.

I've been thoroughly disappointed by the service every time I've come to this location. My most recent experience was over the top as I watched other tables who were seated after us get their food before we'd even gotten our drinks. It was not crowded. The food here is decent, and I've had no trouble at other locations, but I doubt I will ever be back to the Renton location.

Disappointing Experience: Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya in RentonOur visit to Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya in Renton left much to be desired. Upon entering the nearly empty restaurant during off-peak hours, the atmosphere felt lackluster. Staff appeared disengaged; one was even eating while another simply stood around. Before placing an order, a trip to the restroom was necessary. The path led right in front of the kitchen, which was separated only by a half wall. To our dismay, both the hallway and restroom floors were dangerously greasy, posing a slipping hazard. The restroom itself was far from clean, further amplifying our concerns about hygiene standards.Given the unclean conditions, we opted for a simple broth with noodles, which was average at best. Regardless of the food quality, it's imperative for a restaurant to maintain cleanliness, especially when it's not bustling with customers. The lapse in hygiene is even more concerning in the context of ongoing health concerns like COVID-19.In summary, our experience at Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya in Renton fell short of expectations. Until improvements are made in cleanliness and overall atmosphere, we'll be searching for another spot to satisfy our ramen cravings.

Came for a lunch and just left absolutely disappointed. I had the spicy miso ramen and I have had this at other locations and this was horrible in comparison, the broth was flavorless and had some off putting smell to it the noodles were good but the chashu was very dry. The rest of the party said the same about their orders and the service was very inattentive. Not sure if this was a bad day but I’ll not be coming back to this location.
