Exceptional Customer Service at Menchie’s in RentonOur recent visit to Menchie’s in Renton left us not only satisfied with our frozen yogurt treats but also deeply impressed by the outstanding customer service demonstrated by the employees.During our visit, my husband inadvertently left his phone behind, a mistake that could have caused considerable inconvenience. However, the employees at Menchie’s went above and beyond to ensure the safe return of the phone. They found the phone and took the responsibility to keep it safe overnight, knowing that we would return for it the next day.The following morning, even before the store opened, a dedicated young man from the Menchie’s team made the effort to return the phone to us promptly. His honesty and care for our belongings were truly commendable, and we were immensely grateful for his swift action.This review is a testament to the integrity and kindness exhibited by the staff at Menchie’s in Renton. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and genuine concern for our well-being left a lasting impression, reaffirming our loyalty to this establishment. We highly recommend Menchie’s for not only their delicious frozen yogurt but also for their exceptional customer service that goes above and beyond expectations.

This is a classic small froyo shop. It tends to be crowded and loud in the evenings, but if you time it right it's good. They usually have a few vegan options and the pricing is decent. There's lots of parking across the road by the Marshalls. There is minimal seating inside, and it tends to be too crowded to comfortably sit even when there is that option. There are more tables outside if the weather permits.

Expensive dessert but you get what toppings you want. However to pay $12 per cup then be refused water because we don’t have any cups and told we sell bottle water for $1.50 + tax ?. Poor business practice.

As a diabetic, I need sugar-free options. They only had two, strawberry and something else I don't remember. The strawberry packed a punch with a little bit of tartness. I liked it a lot.There's only one size cup and you pay by weight. Keep that in mind as you're filing it up. LOTS of various toppings to choose from. It's a clean, small store, but the layout is good.

The staff was super friendly and the froyo was delicious! However, the bathroom was super dirty and the toilet looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I’m hoping this review will help up their cleaning game.

So for the good. This place was very clean. A lot of times you see these self serve yogurt places with sticky floors, overflow ice cream on the machines and messy topping bars... But not this place! They were tidying up seemingly constantly. I knocked a star because they are limiting to three toppings... So for me that's just not cool because I like to get a tiny bit of several toppings. Also the fruit selection (which is what I come for) was pretty low (strawberries, blueberries, and cherries)... They didn't have pineapple, raspberries, blackberries, kiwi, or banana. They did have a TON of candy options but again only three topping choices so... I am a rule follower and I'm not sure what happens if you clearly have more than three toppings (actually I put strawberries blueberries and cookie dough pieces AND a dollup of cool whip so technically that's four and they didn't turn me away... But still). They also said you couldn't "hide" your toppings by putting them under the ice cream and I'm not sure how they'd know that unless they watched you. But for a place that is supposed to "pay by weight" it seems contradictory to not allow as many toppings as someone wants...
It is okay. Expensive and flavors are meh. But you may get a good conversation out of it with friends. The tables were dirty.. so were the chairs... employees need to do more than just stand and take money.

The chocolate is the best, hands down. Peanut butter cups - !!! It was a pit stop on the way to the doctor with my daughter. Time well spent. The environment was clean, and we'll definitely go back.

I love Menchie's like a fat kid loves cake! Naturally, we had to make a stop here for dessert after having dinner nearby. The indoor seating was about half full when we arrived and quickly filled up, as it was a Friday evening. I just had a tiny cup on this visit as there just were not a ton of good flavors offered in my opinion. I'm so glad there is a froyo shop in The Landing - I think they should have one in every shopping center! Parking is plentiful in this area so it is hard to say no to dessert here!
