Great Pizza, but 90% of the time the online order will be delayed by 20 min+. Great people, just inefficient/inaccurate with online order time estimates.
Service was beyond exceptional! Branddie, I don't know if I got her name right, made us feel home with her warm smile and kind demeanor. She is making sure every single customer is taken care of. She is one of a kind!Parking: Plenty of parking and each one is wide.Kid-friendliness: My daughter feels comfy and happy while there.

Our family went there a couple of months ago and I am now getting to writing my review. I didn't even have a chance to order food so I am writing about their service.....or the lack of service. We were the only ones in line and absolutely nobody addressed our presence. We stood there patiently and the gal standing right on the other side of the panel ignored us. Another gal I thought was coming to finally take our order ignored us and starting making the crusts. I was absolutely stunned with the lack of customer service. We walked out and went across the street to Shakeys and had a wonderful time and wish we would have gone there to begin with. I will give it a try again some day and see what happens.

Partner is meat averse and has had pretty unpleasant reactions to the flavor and taste of most meats.That said, the staff was incredibly kind and sensitive of this fact and changed gloves upon request and pulled a fresh set of ingredients out after noticing that some chicken had fallen into one of the sliced tomato bins.This level of kindness and understanding is what keeps us coming back to this MOD location, I cannot recommend them enough.Vegetarian options: The staff changed gloves upon request and pulled a fresh set of ingredients out after noticing that some chicken had fallen into one of the sliced tomato bins.Dietary restrictions: The staff is willing to navigate dietary restrictions with polite requests. Pizzas took 35 mins from the time they were ordered. When they came out, they were inedible. Completely burnt underneath. Can't even scrape it off with a knife.

Mod Pizza is great!Some reviewers are commenting about soggy pizza but keep in mind, with thin crust the more toppings you put on the greater your chance of that happening. Less is more anyways people.So why the two star review? My family loves MOD and has been going to various locations for years! What is getting very tired for us is the constant messaging about sexual preference/orientation/desire...whatever you want to call it. Not only does this location push it in June but now it's seemingly ALL THE TIME. The focus of dinner out shouldn't be a sexual agenda but good service and good food. Ditch the in my face messaging and it's five stars.
