While I had high hopes for their drinks, I couldn't help but notice that they tasted like they were made from powder and were incredibly watered down. I want to express my honest opinion, but I also feel compelled to apologize if my words come across as too critical. The moment I took a sip of my drink, I was greeted with a disappointing sensation of artificial flavoring, which left me longing for a genuine coffee taste. The richness and depth I had anticipated were nowhere to be found, and instead, I was left with a rather lackluster and diluted beverage. I understand that taste preferences can vary, and my disappointment may not be shared by everyone. I'm sure Mocha Maddness puts effort into their drinks, and this might have just been an off day. Nonetheless, as a customer, I couldn't help but feel let down by the overall quality of the drinks. It's essential to provide honest feedback so that establishments can continuously improve, but I sincerely hope that my review doesn't discourage potential visitors from trying Mocha Maddness themselves. Who knows, perhaps my experience was an anomaly, and others might find their drinks more enjoyable. I wish Mocha Maddness all the best, and I hope they take customer feedback seriously to enhance their offerings and create a more satisfying experience for everyone.

The people are super nice and even offered me a lunch card but the coffee isn't up to par. Since Seattle is super competitive with their coffee scene, I expected coffee-machine-made coffee... not instant coffee. I ordered a mocha since the stand is called Mocha Madness but it tasted like powdered hot chocolate and instant coffee. The sandwiches are all premade so if you have a dairy allergy, you can't eat the breakfast food unfortunately.

Michelle was really nice and patient when I couldn't decide what drinks to get. She asked about my drink preferences and customized the specialty drink for me. It's just like a local version of Dutch Bros Coffee. I was so satisfied with the drink and would definitely recommend to everyone :)

I was never crazy about this place till recently. It's always just been super convenient. They recently have hired much better staff. The new Barista Katie rocks! I was a barista for many years so I know what a good shot looks like and how coffee is supposed to be correctly made! Service is fast and friendly! Would highly reccomend stopping by to see their new Barista. :)

My morning coffee from Mocha Madness is always perfectly done, the baristas remember my standard orders and are very friendly, and I love the option of calling or texting ahead if you are in a hurry.
Great coffee stand with wonderful workers! Always a quick trip in and out, and right off the road for easy access! Owner is super nice guy too who holds onto morals and does not do the popular thing these days and require 'risky' dress codes. I appreciate this place oh so much!

My favorite coffee stand!! I stop by here nearly every morning before work and they know my order before I even get to the window. Tiffany and Nicole are my favorite baristas and also the sweeeetest girls ever. If you're ever around the Renton area and love coffee, this is my go to spot.

Coffee was decent. The wait was forever. I got an iced Americano no cream with white chocolate. I asked for no water and extra ice and the barista looked at me like I just asked her an offensive question. It's hot enough that the ice melts to replace the ice. I don't care if my cup isn't completely filled with liquid. She gave me cream. Whatever. Things happen, I didn't even bother letting her know she made it wrong. It was her attitude that made this experience less. I'll probably give this place another shot
