My first time ordering, I used StoreFront by DoorDash because I had to get back to work and hoped it would be ready by the time I got there. I ordered a chicken Bahn Mi, get back to work, open it up, and there's a long straight black hair sticking out. I have short, curly, brown hair. It almost looks like it was done intentionally but I can't believe somebody would actually do that. I opened it up and the cilantro was obviously old and brown on some leaves. Super disappointed. Threw it away; waste of food and waste of money.

The only thing I ever get here is the tofu banh mi, and it is one of the best banh mi I've had in the Seattle area. The tofu is really well seasoned and there is just the right amount do chua. Service is lightning fast.

I have been coming here for a long time. The food has always been good but i did find a small roach in my pho. I dont know if they may be need to clean better or what but im staying away from there.

Maybe I have high standards, but the pho was horrible……there was no depth to the broth and flavor was frankly not good. The veggies come with the dish was wilted and did not look fresh. The phở (noodle) was overcooked and too soft.We ordered Phở Đặc Biệt, bún thịt nướng nem and bún thịt nướng chạo tôm nem. The best item was definitely the Chao Tom Nem (Shrimp sugar cane skewer), the rest were meh.For the vermicelli bún, I understand that it is a “salad” type of dish when you aren’t in Vietnam, but doesn’t mean the vermicelli should be cold, or lukewarm. Often time, people would reheat by dunking it into hot water but here, you can tell they probably microwave it for 30 secs and call it good.At least for the price, I didn’t feel like it was price gauging like a lot of other Vietnamese restaurants around greater seattle, that’s definitely a plus. Customer service was GREAT! Food came out very quick. But favor wise, I wouldn’t go back.

Has gotten quite expensive with portions decreasing in size! Decent but used to be better and more affordable.

Got a small bowl of pho and some spring rolls and both were delicious! The area isn’t the best, but the food and service were great. I think we only waited about 5 minutes for our food.Vegetarian options: You can sub tofu for the beef

New Fav! I was pleasantly surprised with this restaurant. The chicken wings were mouth watering, crunchy outside and juicy inside, super yummy. I also had the brisket pho (my go to) and it was DELICIOUS, broth was perfect and meat was great quality. The place is nice and clean. The staff is very kind and accommodating. I was there pretty late after work, starving. They didnt even mind me staying after closing to finish. Ive now put this place on my top 5 pho spots. You should too.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly
