First the young woman taking our order had no clue what was on the menu. Then we sat in the drive through line for 15 minutes. Then we'll see the picture below of the real BLT they make.

Literally waited almost 20 minutes for food. And when I got it wasn't even hot. Cold tater tot's, cold mozzarella stick and Luke warm popcorn chicken. If I'm waiting that , why am I receiving cold food. Not only that the worker had a terrible attitude. I won't be back. The only descent thing was the drink.

It was ok the tater tots we're delicious. I feel they needed more workers there was only one worker outside. If she would have had an extra coworker I think it would have been a lot faster. She did do her best under the circumstances.

I got catfished! The TV commercial said they had a mangonado slush & this location had no idea what that was. Lame. The drive-thru was fairly quick & looked like they only had 1 carhop for parked cars. I picked up just a mango slush & a grilled cheese which was kinda burned tasting.

Sonic Milkshakes are mine and my boyfriends daily treat.... For some reason the price is different almost EVERY DAY!... They are always made almost identical in consistency, but very commonly there's not enough fruit! And today rather then a strawberry or banana chunk from not being blended well enough!... I found a piece of a Styrofoam cup!!!... But as you can see, MY CUP is not broken!!!! I'm glad it wasn't small enough to choke on or swallow but definitely won't be finishing my drink today! And will rethink about returning!!!

Forgot how delicious the soft pretzel twists are. So soft and crispy and delightful. The corn dogs were OK. Not the best customer service, but that won't stop me from going back for those pretzel twists when I'm in the area.

Stopped by for my first time during lunch. Extremely disappointed. Took 20 minutes with two people in front of me and then my food was cold. Makes me wonder why the wait was so long. It sure wasn't due to cooking the food or it would have been hot. Now that I've taken a minute to read the reviews I can't believe this issue has not been addressed and it's actually a common thing.

Avoid this place. Came here with friends after the movie at 10 PM-ish because they wanted Sonic. Can't remember the last time that I had to wait this long for fast food. The drive-thru and team are very messy and unorganized. The girls that work there are full of attitudes and lies. Can't trust anything they say. We ordered a few simple items and none of them were made correctly. Either wrong item or the item was missing some component. We ordered the Oreo Cheesecake Master Shake and there was a huge picture of it on the menu too, but the thing they gave us looked nothing like the picture. We questioned it at the window and the girl was rude and said it was the right thing then shut the window. We got home and drank it and were sure that it wasn't what we ordered. The receipt also says something else.

If I could do ZERO stars I would. Was the ONLY car in there and had to wait 20 minutes for two burgers that were handed to us COLD. The lady comes out with an attitude, hands us our cold food and walks off. I do not mind waiting for food but if you make someone wait 20 minutes it should NOT be cold. Worst sonic ever.

I will never come to this Sonic again. I just finished an email to their corporate about my experience with "Jessica" in the drive thru tonight. Apparently this girl thinks she's Cardi B....spoiled, entitled, nasty attitude. This person running the drive thru was so extraordinarily Rude and nasty that Sonic just lost my business. I don't mean to be a Karen...I worked fast food before, so I know it's fast paced and stressful. But there is no call for treating customers this badly. It was a long line in the drive thru, but it usually always is long. Normally it's no more than a 15 mins wait, but tonight I was stuck for over half hour. I know it's not the employees fault if it gets busy, but you do not treat customers like they are bothering you when you ask for something. First off, my order was taken by an impatient, dismissive woman...this Jessica girl. She rushed me, overtalked me when I tried to request that my large Tots be cooked well done. I didn't think she noted it as she was taking my order. At the end I asked if she has gotten that I wanted my Tots well done, she sarcastically said "Yeah, yeah". I know darn well she just ignored my request, and never informed the cook off my preference. While I was in this long line, I kept noticing that Jessica was coming in and out of the parking lot....not as Car hop....she apparently was handling personal business with a woman in the parking lot. That's unacceptable when you have such a long line in the drive thru. When I finally got to the window, she slams it open with no greeting or friendliness. Takes my money, slams it shut again. In a few mins, she gives me my large Coke, which is all watery. They need to change the syrup. I tried to get her attention, so she could get me a new Coke while my food was cooking, to be efficient. I'm waving to her, she ignores me. After almost 10 mins, she basically shoved it at me, and tried to shut the window as I was trying to tell her that I wanted a new Coke. When I explained it was all water, was almost clear, she looked at me crazy. And she asks "what do you want me to do?", like I was inconveniencing her for asking. I actually had to say "can you just listen?" to get her to be quiet while I explained the problem. I told her that the syrup was running out and they needed to change it., and give me a new soda. With a dramatic eyeroll, she grabs my drink back, shuts the window once again and leaves for over 5 minutes. She comes back to tell me that their "Coke" isn't working and I needed to order something else. Well I didn't want anything else. Just change the damn syrup on the soda machine! I've worked fast food, it takes literally minutes. In that 5 mins she took, she could've just changed or, one of the other 8 employees could've done it. But I guess that's asking too much. I was not happy, and said just give me my money back. Oh lord...that really sent her over the edge....she raised her voice and was like "You want a refund on the whole order?!!" No....just the drink. Then I get the dramatic eyeroll, an huge sigh and again the window slammed in my face. Meanwhile, my food is getting cold. I noticed the Tots were definitely NOT well done, they were pale blonde. At this point, I was too intimidated by this girl Jessica, to ask for new.....WELL DONE tots, like I ordered. I knew she never bothered to make sure they were well done on the first place. And frankly, I felt bad for all the other people in line behind me. So far, I was at the window going on 15 minutes...and all I ordered was 2 corndogs, a pretzel, tots and a coke. What a joke! It should not take 15 mins to get 3 simple fried items. But when you have an employee running the drive thru who doesn't give a crap, this is what you get. I don't understand who does the hiring over there, but they seem to favor employing a group of young people who hate their jobs, resent their customers and who don't want to be there. I have been here over a dozen times and each time seems to get worse. The parking is bad which is not their fault. Next you have the worst mannered staff. They really treat you like you are a pain for being there. I consistently order online and they mess up the order almost every time. I know Sonic can be slow but this one is so bad. There is now significant homeless population here that keeps you from getting out of your car. Not safe or good. Wish I didn't love their drinks so much. I won't be back to this one at least.

They’re wildly understaffed. I get it. But with a mobile order, I waited more than 30 minutes after my arrival time. I only ordered a drink and a couple corn dogs. The corn dogs were cold by the time I got them. I don’t blame the employees - I mean one person can only do so much, but it would be better to be closed than to have such long waits at a fast food restaurant.

Very very long wait even to take the order. This is the 2nd time I gave up waiting in line. Not sure what the problem is and why they are so slow at this location.
