I am a long time customer at the Safeway Starbucks and have been very pleased and happy with the services I recieve there every day although for the past couple of months their has been a shift in a workers attitude and overall performance in the field of customer service this workers name is Julie and last time I was there she has been super rude to not only me but the employees working beside her. I hope Safeway Starbucks takes great pride and attends to this situation as soon as possible before you guys lose more customers you’ve definitely lost me due to a RUDE WORKER JULIE!!Dietary restrictions: Great options

This Starbucks is never open until it's posted hours. I work night shift and have tried to get coffee here at least 5 times and have never been successful.

Writing a review because they have so many negative ones. I personally, had no problem! Julie is a sweetheart. Spelt my name creatively. My drink came out fast. Overall, no problem at all. Keep up the good work ladies!

The worst & slowest service at this location. There was only 1 person before me in line but it took almost 10 minutes before he even acknowledged me in line. I think the employee had difficulty walking because it took quite an effort to get back from the pick up end of the counter to the “order” side.I can’t imagine if it was busier, we’d wait forever for our coffee order.On top of that, I didn’t realize til I got in my car & took off that my double shot drink order was a single shot!

This is new location and we are excite but coffee is coming out horrible !!! This is supposed to be white mocha with extra foam ... My sandwich came also just warm and cold in part.This is second time I am having same experience at this location . First time I went back and ask for drink to be redone and was told that foam evaporated. Bartender also looked like she needed bath with dirty nails and attitude to try to convince me this is normal . Great thing about starbucks is convenience and consistency , I hope they get their stuff together .

Always forget food items and want me to drive 30 minutes back for a $4 refund. Seems like this is their new scam to make money because I pay for items I don't get on a near daily basis. Slower than before when they didn't have a drive-thru. Quality has dropped significantly and will be getting coffee and food elsewhere from now on.

I ordered my drink with mobile app, but after waiting for 30 mins and going up to the counter to find my drink more than 8 times, my drink still didn’t show up. Even though my app said it was ready for pick up, no one asked if they can offer any support while I walked over many times. No communication happened during the waiting time. I finally was able to talk to someone, and learned that the item I ordered was out. She said she could make something for me and I can get a refund from the cashier. After line up and waiting for a few more mins, the cashier told me that the drink I got is more expensive, I still owed them 22 cents, but it is ok so I did not have to pay 22 cents. However, it was not the drink I ordered and the size was smaller than what I wanted. I wish the time I spent waiting could be acknowledged or some communication could have happened to shorten the waiting time.The overall service was disappointing.

Inside a Target store. Fast and efficient service. Recall they could make the drink i ordered as they were out of the main ingredient. They let me know once this was discovered and let me switch to another beverage of my my choice. There were people waiting to place their order but they completed mine first. At other locations I have had to wait.
