Went in one Saturday morning and it was horrible, I couldn't wait to get out!!! Dirty tables, dirty everything, screaming kids, had to ask the girl to clean my table, then I had to scout my chair back so she didn't wipe all the mess into my lap then I told her that they All needed to be cleaned.

It's not this Starbucks but it was a Starbucks place I went to my dog is a service animal and he started talking to me and telling me that something was wrong the manager came over and told me I had to leave I said he's a service dog he said he didn't care so I left I had a seizure on the way out I didn't realize my dog was telling me something about my condition I could at least date and called 911 but the manager had told me to get out and my dog has never did this before so I wasn't too sure why he was talking to me like that he's a Husky and you know Huskies like to talk

Not sure what happened to this location but it seems like service has gotten slower since the last time I came here. Maybe it's because there's new staff or because Drive Thru is backed up (it wasn't) or because there was a lot of orders, but when there's 4 or 5 people there making drinks and food and all, you would think that orders would come out quicker. What I saw today was two baristas talking and laughing instead of focusing on making the orders, and one more who seemed like he was unsure of what he was doing. Comparing this to a Starbucks location I frequented during work, this location is pretty slow compared to them and they were a smaller location, some days with less staff
Would not recommend this place to anyone because I had a such bad experience. I asked a 12 oz latte, but the write lady said she could not understand me. Then I said ok grande one (because grande was the only size term I could remember, I didn’t actually care about which size), she said oh that was not 12 oz. Do I have to pass a test of Starbucks terminology to get a 12 oz drinks in this store?

The staff at this location are almost impressively unfriendly on the few occasions I’ve gone. The atmosphere here is just weird and makes it feel like it’s *not* a Starbucks. I plan on going a little out of my way to go to the one on 4th next time.
