Great sandwiches but I can't eat due to being gluten free

Went to Subway sandwich @ 12660 164th Ave SE (Doofers parking lot).I normally do not go to either of the 2 restaurants owned by this owner because of his way of making sandwiches with limited vegetables. Granted it has been many years, but because it is close and I had a coupon from my Albertson's receipt I went there. Upon arrival I told them I had the coupon and both ladies pointed to a sign that said which sandwiches were allowed. This is HIS coupon, it only has the two exclusions, see picture. We wanted the BMT's and I told her the coupon does not exclude all the sandwiches. She told me he's the owner and he makes the rules. Again, this is HIS coupon On the list of the BOGO is a spicy Italian and I figured that was close enough to what I wanted. They made my sandwiches but when I went to pay I gave them my coupon they took it. She tried to key some things into the cash register, and both women conferred, turned to me and said there are only two sandwiches on that coupon and my sandwich is not one of them. I pointed to the sign and said you told me that was a sandwich that was a BOGO. She said there's nothing I can do. It's not one of the choices in the register.I told her she can keep them, and I walked out. When I got into my car I saw a sheet of Subway coupons. I was going to pay $17.99 for 2 foot-long's at his restaurant that wasn't exactly what I wanted. The coupon I had in the car was two foot-long sandwiches for $12.99 with the sandwiches I wanted at another location. I will never go to the one on 164th ever again.

Do not waste your time at this store. Had sandwich made and stood at cash register for 15 minutes as employee could not figure out how to work the machine. After 15 minutes basically was told to leave. Didn't offer to give me the already made sandwich and was snotty with me because I was annoyed. Completely incompetent and no customer service.

This place obviously doesn't care about customers. I've tried to come here 4 or 5 times and they either don't have bread or have been closed....well before the posted times. Jersey mikes is right up the road and has a better product. This is just closer to home. Oh well

The india guy in there is very rude he wanted me to wait 10 min before he made the sandwich for the customer. They where not busy at all. The Mexican lady made the sandwich in 2 mins but he wanted me to wait 10 min management need to get rid of him.or tell him to get with the program. On top of that he told me he was gonna cancel the customer's order because I didn't want to wait 10 minutes for him to make a 2 minute sandwich. There is 2 people working so he didn't have to make the sandwich he just wanted me to wait

Ordered a very simple sandwich from Subway just vegetables and pepperoni only received half of the vegetables no cheese no lettuce. When I called later to get a refund the man argued with me that it was made right and even proceeded to ask for a photo of the sandwich. I don't understand why it's so serious I just wanted a refund for the sandwich that I paid for that I barely got. at the end of the call he says your sandwich was made right and hangs up on me. shitty employee. if you order online open your sandwich in the store to make sure it has the things that you ordered. Because you will not get a refund.

It's actually really good, but the quality differs vastly between different stores, kinda like domino's.
This is a great Subway. While they can't do anything that corporate doesn't allow, they listen to customers and make some of the best looking and we'll put together Subway sandwiches I have had. The owner is friendly and helpful and the store has always been clean when I am there. Highly recommend if you want Subway.

Worst people you will ever meet. They go wrong on the basic orders then talk back with excuses and BAD attitude. They would run to register to charge the stale sandwiches so quickly you won't even believe it.There was a 3 footlong subway Order placed today which was a disaster. The Lyin' Kelly (so called manager) provides brilliant excuses but BAD subways. Disgusting. So Dishonest and Greedy!
