This is by far the best subway in our area for a multitude of reasons. I can't speak for the people who had poor experiences under previous ownership, as we've only gone there since being operated by the new owners/ management team & it never disappoints. It's clean, the ingredients are always fresh, my order is always made properly.

These guys really impressed me . They were genuine instead of teanagers awkwardly passing time. These guys must have a stake in the store they didnt hurry but made everything good. At the end I asked for a piece of meat for my little dog waiting in the truck and happily made a snack pack for a st Bernard . I must admit I helped my Chihuahua finish. Great job guys !

Ordered the Philly Steak which was supposed to come with double cheese. The entire sandwich had maybe 2 little pieces. It was pepper jack and couldn't taste it at all.

I'm guessing this subway is under new management as the food and service has been fantastic. The employees are very hard working and considerate and the sandwiches are the best subway sandwiches we've had. We avoided this location during its prior management, but it is now the only one we want to go to.

The issue here is service. It’s slow and they didn’t even make an online order within a reasonable time because the bread wasn’t ready. 1. You are a subway 2. Use a different bread? Or ask if you can? They looked at me like I was crazy when I said just use a different bread. Just skip if you are looking for reasonable service.

We live in the fairwood area and really dislike the 2 subways up there (either dirty or rude service). We always come down to this one as they are super friendly and the food is great!
Their online order wouldn’t process the FLBOGO promotion, but the store was willing to honor the offer and accommodate us. I appreciate that kind of customer service and will definitely return in the future.

NEW !!! both gentlemen at the counter were clean and friendly and very accommodating! bread is fresh every time! inside is super clean and they offered assistance with our toddler for seating. five stars.

Me and 3 other cars waiting for 15 plus minutes as it says on the sign and door that it opens at 8:30 someone in adidas walked in at 8:35 unlocked the door and said they were still closed - DID NOT OPEN UNTIL 8:45

Ordered steak and cheese sandwich and the toaster didn’t work right so got home and it was cold. The soda machine was out of most items, there was only one employee because the other one was Napping. The coupons didn’t work. I feel bad for the worker that was there. She was friendly and she was working hard. She should get a raise for the stress that doing that by herself would cause. Also it isn’t legal for her not to be able to take breaks. I think LNI, Subway corporate and the health department for no hats or hair nets should be alerted about this place.
