I went in hoping to do some Homework whilst I waited for my girlfriend who was getting her haircut at this location when for no appearance reason was kicked out.I was told I could not eat the chips I had purchased at the dollar store near by. I wasn’t informed of this but I initially did keep it in mind so before even going in I told myself “I’m going to buy some cookies for me and my girlfriend so that they can’t tell me to get out if I’m not going to buy anything.” But as you can see I did buy something and was simply minding my own business.I then see an older woman walk in and inspect the place as an owner would. I had headphones on but I noticed she spoke to the employee who had rung up my cookies. I instantly got nervous cause I’ve felt the discriminatory glare before being Mexican. This woman gave me it through a sort of side glance when she left the store. The employee then tells me I can’t eat my chips there because her manager had told her so. I’m sure the employee is a nice person but the audacity of the owner to be so un confrontational was genuinely disheartening. I am a UW Bothel student of first gen immigrant parents and I expect to be at least given the respect to be explained why I cannot eat chips in an establishment that I had given my business too.I also ended up waiting a bit to be rung up in the first place but I didn’t mind that since I think another owner or technician was there being helped by the employee.If you want a subway that has an owner be uncap-able of having an adult conversation with the customers, then this is the place.I don’t expect a 5 star restaurant customer service but it was pretty outrageous to be doing absolutely nothing and be told to leave. Please be careful of this place and thank you for reading all the way through. At this point I don’t even want to eat these cookies I got from them.

After seeing how overcooked the bread was the woman.Kept on pressing the bread to show me how soft it was. This Sandwich is hard and not able to enjoy it. I also came last week. I believe on a Thursday, and it was the same way except for the bread was not burnt looking. I'm really not a Sandwich person but I work right around the corner and will never come back. I got a footlong barely ate my sandwich. I refuse to waste my money again.

Imagine you go and purchase nearly 27 dollars worth of Titan turkey sandwich subs for dinner for you and your kid. You get home and start to eat and there is a nasty long brown hair embedded into one of the sandwiches. It threw myself and my kid off and we had no appetite anymore. I didn't think that we had to SAVE these sandwiches. I made many calls and like their, "non updated pricing on the wall" their number doesn't work either so I go in person the first time and manager is unavailable. 2nd time I get off work early *2 days after* I drive 20 minutes (that's how long I live from the subway shop) just to be told by the manager that they can't replace my sandwich or refund me unless they have the sandwiches in front of them with the hair inside. I am supposed to hold onto the sandwiches for 3 work days (take my hair infused subway sandwiches to work with meee and hope to catch the manager on my drive back home. ?) Remember I did not have the option of knowing this information because they're so unprofessional and can't bother having a line to get ahold of them either.Make it make sense. ??‍♀️?They're dirty, unprofessional and also the store is in a very ghetto spot. I should have known better.

The ladies were rude as heck, I was sitting in the lobby waiting for my ride to show up after I had gotten out of school just next door. They complained about not allowing me to sit in there if I didn’t order something, when I always order something from them. Anyway I put in my order and it came up to $18 something, I got a 6inch sandwich, 2 cookies and a medium drink; the fountain pop machine was down and I asked if I could switch to a bottle drink an older lady from the back rudely said no. Well I tried waiting around asking how much did I owe to be able to get a bottle drink and they pretended not to see. I eventually threw my cup in the garbage and walked out.

I got a call from the owner right after posting the initial review who was awesome! I feel bad for him, he has some trouble with employees, but he is not the only one during these times. I really appreciate that he called and was quick to fix a mistake. I never even got a call from the manager. Thank you Wade for calling me. I do hope you find some great employees!I went in on Tues 9/19 and ordered a sandwich and after I was charge on my card another employee stated I could get a discount and I saw my first charge said approved, but the young Hispanic girl behind the counter assured me it didn’t go through, so I was stupid to give her the benefit of the doubt because she straight up lied. I came back on Fri because both charges went through. I waited for almost 30min while she overly socialized with another customer and when his gift card didn’t work for the 4th time the girl went in the back and got her credit card and paid for his order. When I asked to speak to the manager she asked me to type my number in her phone and said she text it to her manager and also called her. The manager could not speak to me until Sun or Mon and I stated I was not available those days. Today is Mon about 2pm and I still have not heard from her and I tried to call the store twice and got disconnected.I sent an email to corporate and called my credit card to dispute the charge.This store has been a total disappointment several times. The older Caucasian female is quite short with people, acts as if customers are an irritation. Then I saw two differ employees and one was training the other one and the trainer was as condescending and rude to the trainee and that was very offensive to me. So sad I will never go to this subway again.If you like good honest customer service, you will NOT get it at this store! I won’t even give 1 star!!

Due to my son's sun poisoning condition, we avoid sun exposure and indoor restaurants, which can make him restless. That's why, on our way back, I preordered our lunch online for a quick pickup and meal at home.I placed the online order at 2:15, expecting it to be ready by 2:35 according to the app. However, we arrived at the shop at 2:40, and they explained there was a server issue. They made me wait, while my wife and kid waited in car for 15-20 minutes. To make matters worse, they canceled our original payment with a $17 (with coupon) and charged us $23 instead. I inquired about the delay and the coupon, but after some discussion, the staff member refused to serve us and pushed the sandwiches aside. I decided to leave.On our way home, my son's condition caused him to vomit (see pic), completely ruining our weekend. While I understand that the staff may have their own challenges, I couldn't help but feel deeply frustrated and upset about the entire incident. I would not recommend this Subway branch based on our experience.

Came in about 9pm on my way to work, about an hour before it's posted to close. The lady inside looked like she wanted to leave, which I can't blame her for. She wasn't very friendly but she made my sandwich and I went on my way.Tried coming back the next day, this time a little bit before 9, and it was already closed, over an hour before it's posted closing time. I've noticed that a lot of Subway franchises close an hour or more before their posted closing time. Now I can't blame this location for what other locations do, but it seems to be a trend with these franchises. I've wasted a lot of time driving to a Subway that should be open only to have it closed early because the person working wanted to go home early. Must be nice to have that luxury.

Older woman was very unkind upon entering. This combined with also having zero restrooms available for PAYING customers makes this one of the worst subways I’ve ever been to. Wont be returning. Nicely done management

Wow 5 stars I would definitely come back just to talk to this one employee she was so kinda and seemed to enjoy seeing my kids happy right when I walked in she had told me how beautiful my kids were thanks to her I had an amazing day. I ordered we talked about Mother hood and she was lovely with all her service. I really hate all these bad reviews saying she was horrible when people don’t know how longs she works I would come back just to talk to her thank you subway

Yelp needs to allow no stars. That's too many for this subway location. This is for the owner: hire new people asap. Your grumpy old lady workin just ain't it. She is so rude and you can tell she hates her job. A group of us were going there daily, and everyone complains how rude she is. You're losing business from other businesses in the strip mall having her and actually the other woman also. The older white lady is more rude between the 2. The place always has dirty tables and the floors under and the seats are dirty also. Some of her actions I've witnessed of her making sandwiches is not sanitary at all. We are boycotting that place till you find some new people. You're welcome!
