I was here today & although it wasnt busy.. the employee had no mask on when he came from the back & never put on one on! i asked him what the policy was on masks & he said that there was no mask policy. he didnt was his hands before he put on gloves bc he had touched his face previously. this is so wrong.

Thought I would try back. My husband frequently visits this location. Still terrible. The customer service here between the Mexican girl and the big black guy are TERRIBLE. The black guy with the Afro rushes my husband's sandwich, complained about having to go to the back 3 times, and left out the bacon he paid for. Not to mention they were OUT of avocado! And he had the audacity to seem irritated because I no longer wanted the sandwich. It is HIGHLY unacceptable to be out of something you advertise for. There should always be back ups of everything. Then maybe you won't have to go to the back "3 times". The Mexican girl always has a terrible attitude. My husband asked for new bread one time because the one she gave him was ripped, meaning a messy sandwich , and she said snarkily, "you would probably give a bad review if I didn't replace it huh?" Was that necessary? Well I'm the one giving the bad review now. How you like that? This location has the worst customer service. Today, the black guy rudely ignored my husband when I asked him was he rushing to make his sandwich. I want to hear back from someone ASAP! We have tried to be nice and patient and spend lots of money here. But I guarantee we won't be back. Don't appreciate the attitudes and forgetting items we paid for! Fire them BOTH. ‍

Bread not made, online order not ready, almost put wrong sauce on the sandwich, which then my wife wouldn't eat it. This store has been going downhill for a while. I will never go there again.

Food is always good. I used to get the Italian BMT and it turned out well. They seem to be hit or miss on some of the more basic ingredients, though. The issue with this place is really the employees. Every now and then you go to a fast food place and you get bad service. It is what it is. At this Subway, for whatever reason, it seems pretty consistent. If someone comes into your establishment and you're extremely rude to them and their mother, they aren't going to want to come to your store. I know, crazy, mind blowing conclusion. My mother went back one more time and it was two teenagers working (first time was an older lady with dark hair). One kid was helping multiple people so he asked his co worker for help. She looked at my mom, then back to the kid and said loudly "they're going to have to wait, I'm busy with something." I guess she was doing something in back. My mom had to wait quite a while I guess. We've both decided not to go back and we both live in the neighborhood. Unfortunate.

There is a young black man that works at this location who gets an A++ from me. If he is working I will always wait for him to help me. He always makes my sandwiches perfectly and listens to what I want. He never has an attitude when I want my meat heated then toasted like some other subway employees. Today I came in and a female worker was making a sandwich for me, while it was toasting, she asked if I needed anything else and I told her i would prefer to have the other worker make the rest of my sandwiches. She decided to not say anything, walk away and leave my sandwich in the toaster and start her previous task. The male employee ended up taking the sandwich it of the toaster out for her..When he realized that she was not going to finnish making it, he did along with my other sandwiches. I don't really understand what there was to get upset about. She has made sandwiches for me before and I just prefer the way the male employee makes them.

Been going here for years, sandwich quality has dipped tremendously lately. Same kid made my sandwich every time, no eye contact, didn't say a word, sandwich was poorly made with little care.

Don't go here if you like meatball subs. They never have them. 3 out of 3 visits. Only thing I'll order
