The only spicy food I could find in this state, coming from Texas. I asked for them to make it spicy enough to make me cry, and they did not disappoint. Food tasted great too.

I work nights in Maple Valley and this has become our Friday night tradition while on shift. 3 to 4 of us all stop and pick up on our way back in to our yard. Jose and his staff are always super friendly and fun to talk to. The food is always awesome as well. I don't stray too far from the quesa birria tacos or the deluxe burrito with birria, my other coworkers have had the torta, chimichanga and Carne asada plate. All of which have been fantastic as well. As long as Tacos El Bajio is on 169, we will stop and enjoy!!

The food is good. However for a truck to charge restaurant level of charges is a bit outrageous. The quantity didn't match the price either. For 3 dishes, I spent over $60.

Best Mexican in Renton. It's off the maple valley highway. Order ahead online to save time. The nachos and burritos are good.

Let's give a shout out for a taco truck! Ambience, if you like the side of a highway and noisy, this one has you covered. Parking is crap and competes with a gas station and a landscaping business. But if you stop, you will be rewarded with some amazing food that comes from a truck. Everything I've had here has tasted amazing. The people that run this truck are friendly and always give you tons of sides and more if you ask. Well worth the stop.

Fresh made, delicious food. The Birria Burrito Deluxe was excellent and I would recommend it to anyone that enjoys shredded beef. Great thoughtful service as well.

We've tried 5 or 6 items here in 2 visits now and everything is top notch. Best taco stand I've had in all of Washington.

I stopped ordering burritos from taco trucks in general because I'd end up spending $13+ on a burrito consisting of 90% rice and beans with few unidentifiable pieces of meat mixed in.Well, not these guys. I took a chance with an al pastor burrito deluxe. The meat was flavorful, caramelized and plentiful. There were little pieces of pineapple too, which kept it exciting. The salsas were good, as were the rice and beans. Solid price too. Highly recommended.
