Super fun atmosphere. The food options are a lot of fried bar type food. It was my daughter's birthday, and they sang a super fun and loud song to her. Really fun night.

We came for a birthday celebration. While it was nice our waiter only came by once in the three hours we were there for drinks. The food was okay but on a hot day we could've used a refill on drinks.

Where to start...I have been to Topgolf in many states. Its a good time and good service. This particular Topgolf is absolutely horrible.First the positive. Parking. The facility is little run down and dirty, but not horrible for the area. Now the bad. I have not experienced worse employees period. From management, to the staff working the bays. The employees at the desk represented the Northwest perfectly, too high to properly take a reservation or understand what a Platinum membership at Topgolf is. After finally getting a bay, the harassment by the employees and managers was unbelievable. I could go into great detail, but why bother. I have no doubt nothing will change at this poorly run, and poorly managed establishment. You have been warned, please save your money.

I enjoy every visit. However, when booking a bay it would be great if you could select which floor and bay you play in.

What a terrible experience. There were multiple hairs in my food I got served, then when I sent it back for a new one it came out cold. They tried to charge me for 2 dishes even tho one was sent back. Super rude also. Just go to a driving range rather than this dirty

Be careful with your gift cards. When booking you need a deposit for a reservation. I had a $100 in gift cards (2 X $50) used one for the deposit and there’s an option to add another gift card. My $100 on supposedly showing I had $52 left. When I go to pay my $52 was gone disappeared some how. Had to pay outta pocket. The worst thing was our server came to interrupt us for payment with 15min left. I couldn’t finish my game with friends because I had to deal with this fiasco. Management came out to try an figure out my story of the remaining $50 gift card. Blah blah I just wanted to pay my food tab a the remainder of the bag an get out. So when using gift cards only use one online to book the reservation because it’ll be lost. They couldn’t even find the remaining $1.08 from my gift card that was $50 ?. I mean 1.08 who cares but come on. SCAM when you’re paying a lot of money to have fun with friends and family

I had a super fun time at Topgolf Renton with my family. The building interior and exterior both look good. They allow you to carry your own club, but we used theirs as we were beginners. The service was a bit slow due to the heavy crowd, but the staff was friendly and attentive. They even came to yell out wishes birthday to the parties next to us. We booked online and checked in was easy. They have a great deal of 50% off on Tuesdays through online booking. They also conduct weekly leagues if anyone is interested. The night view was amazing with all the lights and they have heaters to keep you warm. It is a great day out for family fun activities. I would recommend Topgolf Renton to anyone who loves golf or wants to try something new.

You can’t go wrong with this place! The whole family will enjoy themselves. The food was great, and our whole family (isn’t pictured) had a great time. I loved how they have heaters above to keep you warm, even though you are outside hitting golf balls and eating. It gets pretty warm considering it’s cold outside at this time of the year. I also found out from our visit that they do parties there for kids/adults birthday celebration, work events, and so forth.

They were out of M A N Y items [chicken] from the menu. Sad, especially when bringing young children that are very selective.

Despite the excellent service provided by Nia, the young lady that attended to us, our overall experience was marred by the disrespectful and off-putting behavior of the hospitality manager. His demeanor was not just inappropriate, but notably passive-aggressive and outright rude.As our designated time drew to a close at 8:15 pm, unaware of the establishment's tight turnaround schedule, we settled in to savor the last of our pitcher of beer and food. However, at 8:18, Brian, the hospitality manager whom we had not seen all evening, abruptly approached our table and began clearing away our unfinished plates without a word. When I politely mentioned that I was still enjoying my fries, he abruptly retorted, "Your time has been up for 10 minutes, and we have a reservation immediately following yours." I calmly expressed that I was still in the process of enjoying my meal and found it disrespectful that he would remove it without any prior communication. In response, he suggested that we could relocate inside to conclude our dining experience at our own pace, but emphasized that our time was indeed up due to an impending reservation. At this point, the situation had soured to the extent that I, along with my companions, hastily finished our drinks and departed precisely at 8:20 pm. It became apparent to me at that moment that his claim of us overstaying an additional 10 minutes beyond our reservation was unfounded. After leaving the area, I unexpectedly encountered him once more inside the establishment and took the opportunity to address him directly to ascertain his name and express my dissatisfaction with his handling of the situation. It was at this point that I discovered he was, in fact, the hospitality manager. I conveyed my surprise at the unprofessional manner in which he had treated us, highlighting his dishonesty regarding the duration of our stay and his mishandling of the entire scenario. I emphasized that rather than silently removing our plates, a more appropriate approach would have been to courteously inform us of the option to continue our evening indoors and the necessity to free up the outdoor space.I made it clear that I wasn't seeking an explanation for his actions, but rather, an apology for the disrespectful treatment we had endured. Unfortunately, it seemed that this basic courtesy was not extended to our group of Black and Hispanic customers, as Brian failed to offer such acknowledgment. Instead, he once again encroached within two feet of my personal space and endeavored to justify his actions. When I inquired whether his treatment of me was influenced by my Black race or if he habitually treated people in this manner, he resorted to the typical defensive response, stating, “my wife is Black, I take offense to what you just said.”In reflecting on this experience, I hope that it imparts at least four crucial lessons: (1) Honesty is paramount in customer interactions; (2) When dealing with customers, clarity and courtesy should prevail over passive-aggressive or rude behavior; (3) Respecting personal space is fundamental - encroaching within two feet of a customer's face is entirely inappropriate; (4) Using one's association with individuals of a different race to deflect concerns of discrimination is not an acceptable response. It's important to recognize that having relationships with individuals of a particular race does not absolve one from engaging in discriminatory actions. (This is akin to suggesting that the existence of personal relationships with women negates the existence of sexism.)Topgolf, it is imperative that you provide cultural and racial sensitivity training for your hospitality manager, Brian. It is evident that such training is necessary to ensure a more respectful and inclusive environment for all patrons.———I already submitted this concern to headquarters and through your support website (RE: 7715372).
