The Pho is good and other foods are good as well. The service was great and fast. The ambiance is family and kids atmosphere. They have many selections to choose from, not just pho. Plenty of free parking, that's a plus for me.

We used to go here quite often especially when they first opened but there were few times that was a miss but we kept going because majority of the times food was always fresh and good portion size. However, this evening we received spring rolls along with other entrees we ordered. The spring rolls had bad shrimp and slimy translucent bean sprouts. So we called and asked for a refund but due to online order they couldn't do the refund over the phone and requested us to go back instead for a refund. So after time being wasted my husband drove back and gave them the whole box of food back. He mentioned they were hesitant about giving us the money back and offered to give us a replacement instead. I'm really bummed about this because we really like how close they are to us since we frequent go there. My issue with restaurants is cleanliness and quality control. So I'm disappointed and now have to look for a new place.

Last night we ordered two servings of Pho, one General Tso's and spring rolls. When I got there to pick it up I noticed it was all in one bag stuff again..I got home and went to unload the bag of food and all the sauce from the general Tso's had dripped all over everything else (it was on top) and now all our food tasted like general tso's. I called in and was offered 20% off our next meal there or I could bring the food back for a refund...they couldn't figure out how to credit my card which I used to pay for the meal - very frustrating. We won't be going back to this restaurant, instead we'll go across the street to other restaurants.

I had some high expectations because of the reviews...The service was fine, the food was fine but I think it's just a little overpriced for the amount of food you get. I paid 8.50 for a banh mi that the menu described as bursting with pickled veggies...literally, my sandwich wasn't bursting. Mom and partner got the pho and they said, "it's ok." The spring rolls were fine. All in all, a standard meal.
