Drove from West Kent/Des Moines as I was craving something from my childhood. Arrived around noon on Saturday. No lights, parking lot sketchy. It appears this place is not open. No one was inside and the open sign was off. Bummer. Ended up going down the street and discovering Tommy's Cafe.

The Yankee grill? More like wankee grill. Super amateurish and meh, something my unskilled a** would make. Burgers tasted like Burger King, and look at these tiny a$$ tacos. That's 3 bucks a piece for 5 lil chunks of meat.

A definite must try! You can't go wrong w/ grilled chicken, Swiss cheese, bacon, & avocado. Side note: Not pictured was the shrimp ceviche & Garlic chicken bites. Both appetizers were so good that I forgot to take a photo before hand. If you're in or around the Renton area, definitely give this place a try!

Staff was very good their service and made my visit there very nice and worth a 20% tip for the morning. I sat outside to enjoy my meal and it was very very nice.

Found this place on Tripadvisor while working in the area so a couple of us stopped in for dinner. We were glad we did, the service was quite friendly and swift. Food was very good, the pulled pork nachos were amazing and almost a meal in itself. Jalapeno pulled pork sandwich was perfect, very flavorful and filling. Worth a try!
