We came in for a chicken sandwich based on a recommendation from a friend. We. Loved. This. Sandwich. We were in and out in a Tuesday night in 10 minutes. Our cashier was really friendly and professional. The flavor of this sandwich is wonderful. It has really nice heat-present but not too much. The bread is flaky and fresh, and whatever the sauce and slaw they used was wonderful. They described their sandwich flavor and heat as a blend of Nashville and Szechuan (on their menu) and we quite agree. We can't come back soon enough. We love this take on a beloved classic! Who doesn't love fried chicken?

This is actually a 4.5 start review but rounding it down as didn't think it's 5 star yet. This place have been on my list for a while now as I keep seeing the big chicken sandwich picture. They been serving through a window for a while but it looks like they took over the Heaven Sent chicken now and have their own store front which is nice. They also have Chinese food such as bbq meats, onion pancakes, etc. We order: - spicy chicken sandwich ---- thought I knew what to expect but still came the unexpected. Not only did it look big it was heavy! Like 1-1.5 lb heavy. The chicken breast was massive! If I have just gotten this, I would rounded it up to 5 star. Perfect crispy texture, juicy inside. Can feed 2 people (12.50). The only critique was that it's not spicy, so definitely need to raise their spicy level up - Chinese bbq pork ---wanted to see if their other rfiod was good so thought this would be a good choice. It's not that good. The meat was dry, tough and lnit very appealing Service is good. The lady is super nice and food came out really quickly. Definitely coming back to try other things on the menu, but if it's your first time, do the chicken sandwich :)

Definitely worth coming back! FOOD: Hot Chicken Sandwich $12.50 (Fried chicken breast, slaw, comeback sauce, pickles, chili powder, Szechuan peppercorn, spice): This was a huge piece of chicken LOL completely worth the price as it was the size of my face. I saw some reviews had the chicken as dry but my order turned out perfect. The chicken breast was tender, moist, and had a good crunchy crust. I ordered the spicy level as HOT. If you like heat, definitely go up a level. Since this was the first time trying this place I got middle of the road - there is Original (no heat), Mild (little heat), Medium (Warming up), Hot (Fire starter), X-Hot (burn notice), and Super (Dangerous). 3 Piece Jumbo Tenders $13.95 (Served with bread and pickles): Added Fries $2.00 and extra comeback sauce $0.75 ea. Similar to the sandwich, the pieces of chicken were large! Chinese Crepe with Roast Duck $12.99 (egg, multi-mix flour, hoisin sauce, bean paste, scallions, and crispy wonton pieces): This is really a Jianbing. I never had one before and always wanted to try it and honestly i'm not sure if I like it. It was good but I think due to all the different things inside, I'm not sure what to make of it. There was a lot of texture going. The added roast duck was flavorful and moist so it was a good addition. RESTAURANT/INTERIOR: Family friendly Not pet friendly Large parking lot and street parking. Small interior and very basic inside. This is pretty standard for most Chinese restaurants. Inside was clean but there is limited seating. There are about 5 tables that could fit 2-4 people and there is bar style along the window. I prefer restaurants to put their money and focus on the food over the decor. STAFF: I think this is a family run establishment. When we walked in there was a kid (may 10 years old) behind the counter that rang the bell for us to notified his mother LOL. She was super friendly!

Friday afternoon for lunch we figured everything would be fresh. Based on some of the reviews we got the chicken sandwich it was OK we did not get the spicy that may have been the reason it was just ok. We also got the barbecue pork bowl and roast duck both were old and both were terrible. Both were sour from being reheated and stale. Would not recommend any of the other foods. Maybe the chicken sandwiches are ok spicy but would not order anything else. The prices are also a bit high for what you are getting definitely sub par.

When you think "hole in the wall" I hope this is what you have it mind because it is EXACTLY that! I believe at one point they had dine-in prior to COVID but for now there is no dine-in and you order from the side door and eat in your car or take it home. I'm not familiar with many hot fried chicken places around here so wanted to give this place a try and it didn't let down. Not the most amazing chicken sandwiches I've had but for the options and variety I enjoyed it. You can get the single chicken sandwich (big one) or 2 of the chicken tender sandwiches for the same price. I opted for one spicy and one regular chicken tender sandwich and both were good with just the right amount of sauce and toppings. Honestly it's just me but if I'm craving a chicken sandwich I don't want to spend half the meal eating through the chicken tender before I touch the bread, I'll just get chicken tenders at that point (Sue me). On a side note: I am not very spicy tolerant and the spicy chicken tender sandwich was very tolerable for me, like almost non-existent which was surprising. Not sure if the normal spicy is like that or to up there flavor you really gotta request some heat. All in all it's a decent hot chicken place with other options to choose from and I didn't leave disappointed.

Currently this is literally a hole in the wall as they do not have indoor seating at all. Luckily they do have a large parking lot. Yummy Meats & Deli has some of the best fried chicken I have had. The batter is perfectly cooked and seasoned. The chicken sandwiches don't mess around. The bun covers half of the chicken breast. I love spice and the medium heat was perfect for me. I can't wait to come back here!

Well if you only care about a delicious, cheap, spicy ? chicken sandwich this is the place for you. Sandwich comes with a huge chicken patty ?, pickled onions. You will be amazed honestly. Highly recommended ?

OMG!! Worth the drive!!! Drove down from Seattle on a saturday afternoon before heading over to ikea. Absolutely worth the stop!!! chicken was fresh and hot! Wasn't too spicy. coleslaw was the perfect combo on the sandwiches! YUMMM!!!! NOTE: Tender sandwich is the smaller version of sandwiches. I wish i would have known beforehand. Sooo yummy!

So this place for all intents and purposes, a fantastic hole in the wall spot. The family who runs the restaurant are charming folk, the food is cooked with care and love, and there's a bit of a pop-up flair to it. The hours might drive you crazy (a few time I've shown up to the unfortunately news that they closed early). The hottest levels are just a bit insane/fun. I love that they are playing with the menu options almost weekly. The fact they rotate items in means that the kitchen is alive and adapting. I can't help but love the chicken and the people. I really look forward to trying their jianbing and have enjoyed almost every item that has graced their ever changing menu.

I am sad. First, I could have sworn I wrote a review before but guess I had not. If I had, I would be changing it. What was once five star worthy is barely a two. I work about a block away from here and have gone several times including today. The chicken sandwich used to be amazing, today it was a let down. While I hope they were just having an off day, not sure I will find out. They have changed their menu so I wonder if they changed owners too? The chicken wasn't as good, almost tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp. The previous time I went, it took almost 20 minutes to get our order, which is fine because it was totally worth it. Today it was out in just a couple minutes, which makes me suspicious. The coleslaw on the sandwich today was not as good and certainly less of it. No more red onion, just cabbage and sauce. I also didn't get the dipping sauce because I forgot. They could have totally increased my bill with some suggestive selling; Fries, sides, dips, etc. I did order the onion pancake, which was delicious. That's the only reason they didn't get a one star. I would recommend that for sure.

Good service, huge portion for fried chicken. I tried Chinese dishes, authentic too. Comeback sauce is bomb!

This place is exquisite. You place your order at a door opened from the side of a building by ringing a bell. The menu is a specialty of crispy chicken up to four levels of heat. I ordered a chicken sandwich medium heat. The chicken was a large piece and tasted flavorful. Cheerful service and relatively quick food for take-out only. I'd say it's worth giving it a try. My colleague ordered extraordinarily hot ? and it was hard for him to finish. I would not recommend it even if you usually would choose five stars at a Thai restaurant. It was a unique experience having a steady flow of customers.

This place has the biggest chicken sandwich I've ever seen. Every time I come here and get the chicken sandwich, over half the chicken is spilling over the buns. Their jumbo tenders are huge and juicy!! Love the Szechuan spices they use on their chicken it adds really good flavor and a kick to them so they're not your average chicken tenders. Love everything about this place and their sauces are also great! (Esp the come back sauce :))

Great chicken, really think I'm going to go for their hotdog selection next time in but the chicken tenderloin is a meal for 2!

love the flavor. be careful with the heat. 1 star docked for greasiness - would prefer less, but not enough to deter me from a splurge on this fried spicy goodness every now and then
