Went tonight to get dinner to go for 5 people. The lobby was closed. A fourth of the parking lot was iced over like they might have had a water issue. I waited a good 15+ minutes for my order, which is fine considering. They forgot part of the order but returned promptly with it. 5 minute drive home and all the food was cold as if it had been refrigerated. I was confused as I had waited 15+ minutes so I assumed they were cooking it but clearly not. I did call and say something. Whoever I talked with said I could bring it back and they would cook it fresh as it had probably been sitting there for awhile…. told me all I needed to know. Won’t be going back and sure didn’t want to return to do it all over again.

I get it... it's New Years Eve, and they were the only place open, but like... I just had a baby and cooking isn't real high on my priority list right now. We ordered 2 bacon burger meals. We were the only people in the drive thru and there was no one inside the restaurant. We were handed our drinks at the drive thru and asked to park at the front of the restaurant to wait for our food. 20 minutes later it was handed to us ice cold. Not even exaggerating... pretty sure they forgot they made it and it sat on the counter for 20 minutes. Got it home and heated it up and it was pretty terrible. The fries tasted like onion rings and gravy and the burgers were just generally really bad. Ate them anyway because we were super hungry. Now i feel pretty terrible about my life choices...

So freaking tired of fast food sucking so bad got charged for a full meal got half of what I ordered and the quality was shit never going back

If I could give zero stars, I would. Three major issues occurred during our visit today. 1) The advertised price was not honored. When large posters in the windows and placards on the menu board above the cashiers head advertise items at a particular price, it is false advertising to not honor. 2) At 1 p.m. there was a sign on the register for exact change or card only. It would be understandable if it was 1 a.m. not post lunch rush. 3) Poor customer service seems to be todays theme. When I asked for the manager, she immediately asked if I want a refund or the food. No hello, how can I help you, oh I'm sorry, just a question asked with attitude as if she didn't care if I spent money in the store or not. And finally a word of caution for any future customers when you walk in, be extremely cautious as the layer of grease is very thick throughout the lobby. As for me, I will keep voting with my dollars and spend them at other chains.

Went in today 5/6/2022, the employees are a joke. There were 4 of us the employees had every order screwed up wrong food wrong person missing items added items that weren’t ordered. The clown at the register then had the audacity to argue with us. We asked about the food we ordered and he argued with us saying you didn’t order that, us yes we did I think we remember what we ordered. We were not the only ones he argued with either he argued with all the customers. Very incompetent crew of employees. What should have been a 10 minute visit turned into almost 45 minutes. Will never go back.
One drink: Half Ice Tea, Half Root Beer...100% not our order, has never been ordered by a human before. Every single sandwich was done incorrectly, even though I had the employee read back the order. The staff was very friendly, but if the food isn't even close to what was ordered, it's hard to justify coming back.

This A&W is awful! Waited 20 minutes for our order and all our meals were cold and the burgers were so gross. The lady taking orders at the window was extremely rude too. Will not be going here again. They don't deserve one star.

Food was sub-par; fries were old/cold, I asked for cheeseburger minus ketchup NOT extra mustard! The coney tasted like it was nuked not grilled..the bun was chewy. ?

If I come back it will be for a root beer float. Probably won't ever get food here again. Coney dog was disgusting. COVERED with onions. Burgers were ok, fries were cold. Took quite a while to get our food. Not impressed.
