The service was awesome. Happy and joking around with us. The seating area was clean and all the towel rolls were full.The food however was pretty average. Everything was cooked very well. But not hot. Not even hot enough to melt cheese, even partially melted. The onions were huge slices instead of diced and not sautéed. The ribs fell off the bone but did not have the silver-skin removed so one side was super hard to chew. The mac n cheese seemed like it was more like stouffers than made from scratch.Realistically i do not who opened first....but this place is trying way too hard to be like Porters. And if you want delicious BBQ, I will make the drive to Porters.But they got free soft serve.

The food is all right. The highlight is going on Sundays when kids eat free. Plus, they have self serve ice cream to enjoy at the end. Recently, they installed a video game machine and a wall honoring veterans.

I just wanted to take a minute to remind everyone how good Dickeys can be!My hubby, two kiddos and I went to the Queensgate location today for lunch and the gal working the counter was so sweet & made our experience even better.Food was excellent. Clean atmosphere. Overall wonderful experience! Kids eat free on Sundays under 12!Only two things I'd recommend for owner is havin front doors leveled so they are easier to open.Alarms from cooking sides shouldn't beep more than 3 times from the time it starts. It was the only thing that disturbed our lunch!Will be back again to see in a few weeks how it is!

An absolute insult to barbecue. The fries were even horrible. How do you mess up fries. Soggy and no crisp at all. I really wish it was better, but honestly, I will go to McDonald's before I would eat this slop.If they charged fast food prices I could understand it because then you know what you are getting.This is expensive garbage BBQ.

Dickies is decent but needs to come down on prices for what they're handing out. On a positive note the jalapeño beans are really good.

So good! I love the Mac n cheese with meat in top. Just has the bbq sauce today. So yum!

Worst experience ever! We ordered online. Never received our food. Called them, and the first time they said the driver just picked the food up. Waited thirty minutes called them back and they said the doordash driver must have stolen our food. Also, while they claim to be big deal burger they are actually Dickey's BBQ. Seems like a scam to me!

I used to go to Dickeys before they closed down. I thought I would try the place again and get a lunch special. I Stopped in on a Tuesday afternoon at 2:00 and there was 1 table occupied. So basically nobody was there.I noticed that the lunch specials had all gone up in price from before (what's new) and it was rib day. I never had good luck with their ribs. Too small and dry for me. It was $13.50 for 3 ribs, a side and drink. So, I skipped that and decided on a pulled pork sandwich. When I entered someone from the back had shouted, "I'll be with you in a minute". So I waited, decided what to order, and wait, and waited. I could hear folks talking in the back but they never showed up to take my order. I guess whomever was to take my order decided that conversation was more important than my business. I drove to Porters and had lunch.

I ordered off the app and then had our food delivered. when it arrived we were missing nearly 1/3 of what we ordered. I called the store and spoke with the manager Rebecca. let me begin by saying, I am a customer service snob, and it is hard to please me in this area. Rebecca not only apologized and took full responsibility, she offered to do what she could to make it right! this was enough for me. just to be heard and acknowledged is rare. the next day she replaced our entire order plus added 1/2 rack of ribs and a few extra goodies! I'm blown away by this stellar experience and will return as a paying customer because Rebecca definitely made me feel like there was a guarantee of satisfaction when spending money with her. well done Rebecca, well done!!

First time here and it was a Horrible experience! The food was cold and the portions are ridiculously small! I'm never coming back ever again. Such a disappointment to the bbq community, I knew I should have gone to Porters BBQ.
