I have celiac, so I'm hesitant to eat food not prepared at home. But they are always accommodating and I have never had any issues eating there. The food is good! Bruchis is my family’s go to restaurant for lunch! The service is always phenomenal. The staff is friendly and on top of ordering. I appreciate the simple things Bruchis does well like giving you ENOUGH FRY SAUCE WITHOUT HAVING TO ASK FOR EXTRA. I always order a salad and a kids combo for my daughter and I. They have the consistency down. Out of at least 10 orders there has never not been a fork in my salad container. There have always been 3 fry sauces in my daughters meal which she so very much appreciates, and we are always given napkins. It’s refreshing to go through a drive through and not have to dig through the order looking for errors after the bag is handed to you. Well done Bruchis!

Now don't get me wrong the steak burger , are to die for..., but that's only when they don't stiff you on the meat !!! I ordered 12 in and 8 in with 2 extra oz of meat on each and no onions and mayo I get home and they took my $8 in extra meat and gave me reg 1/2 cup of meat thru in onions and when i called them the guy said we repeated it back duh ik you did but that doesn't mean you didn't do it right. I guess the cooks can't read or something. If they fuck up, don't care to fix it they just blame it on you!!! The Gage one is even more nicer and they stuff there subs I'm a regular to the one on jadwin but I have kinds stopped going because they don't put in the extra meat i order ik the difference between extra and reg bc when they did put in my extra meat its stuffed full this time and the times before its not WA........

Edit: Alright, I had to edit my review. I still stand by my earlier review, but I failed to mention how good the food is. I was a little irritated. We went back again last night and had the peppersteak and the classic cheesesteak, and i have to tell you that they are delicious! Service was great also and super fast! Hopefully, they have been able to address the staffing problems, but the food is awesome! FYI, Their brownies are not great. Really dry and crumbly.Well, we went here to have a good sandwich, watch Monday Night Football, and have a beer! I didn't even know they served beer! Turns out they don't! While my friend went to get a good seat to watch the game, we ordered a sandwich and asked about their beer selection. That's when the server taking our order said that we couldn't order beer! When I asked why, she said that no one working that night was 21!!! That's right, they have I think 3 beers on tap, but no one old enough to serve it!!! We ended up canceling our food order and going somewhere we could get food AND a beer!

Bruchi's is one of my favorite places to go when I'm craving a Philly cheese steak like sandwich. The crinkle fries and fry sauce is a great complimentary side. -1* for a sandwich that was lacking a little substance this time around and tables that needed wiped down (very minor). The service is great here. You're welcomed in and the wait time for your order is typically short.

Worst Bruchi's ever!!! Thry screw up ur sandwiches all the time. Drive thru takes forever. Burnt food, horrible managers. Replaced a burnt sandwich with another burnt sandwich. Wouldn't replace it give money back. I will not go back!!! Horrible staff, worst customer service.

Stopped yesterday to try it out and ordered the 8 in pepper cheesesteak it was $9.00. Well it was mostly bread there was hardly any meat and couldn't even taste any peppers. Extremely disappointing
