We waited 40, yes, forty minutes for a kids meal and one whopper on a Saturday at 1:00. Completely unacceptable. This is supposed to be fast food. You get food faster in a full service restaurant. Will not return.

Chicken nuggets absolutely terrible, burgers just OK. Perfectly nice workers and clean, I guess I just don't care for Burger King over other fast food places...

Food is always cold, sloppy and just a waste of money!! My boyfriend wanted a whopper (hoping for the best) and asked for it with no tomatoes, and we ordered chicken nuggets for the dogs... got nasty tomatoes and didn't even get the nuggets! We should have checked the bag, knowing they are incompetent, so I suppose we are at fault!

The world’s bad customer service. Drive-thru people are the worst! Order mixed up, no patience. Looks like they don’t want to be there but work anyway for the money and not in it to serve people. Bad attitude at it’s finest!!!

Gross. I got food poisoning the last time I went here. This time almost 10 years later my Royal Crispy Chicken sandwich tasted like it was fried in very old fryer oil. Very gross. I have honestly forgotten what a good Burger King meal tastes like. I remember it being quite good 20-30 years old. Now it's just disappointing and down right gross.

If you want a place full of bad attitudes and incorrect orders, look no further! This location is the best spot for bad customer service. Got my food around 9:30 at night 12-20-23 spent $30 worth of food and was greeted by a young girl who decided to wear her resting B. face and a matching attitude to go with it. Asked me for an additional dollar for a few sauce packets. And was adamant about her position.I get some BK owners are filling for bankruptcy and need the money, but this kind of service proves more why they are filling for bankruptcy... They can't keep customers happy and coming back. This girl deciding it was necessary to ask me for more money after spending $30+ on food that was made incorrectly will end my business at this location or any location under this franchise owner. She made sure to get THAT one part of her job right. All just to make me take my business elsewhere in the future. I know you dont have to be smart to work a drive thru at BK but you should be smart enough to realize if a customer spends $30 at your location giving them some sauce packets to make their meal better or "their way" doesn't hurt the business, it actually would help it, by making sure a customer returns. Regardless I'm glad this BK loaction is doing so well they don't have to care about the lifetime value of a client anymore. See ya later bk. Enjoy your bad employees. ? I know I won't be missed. went this morning. ordered Unsweetened iced tea with lemon and a large cheesy tots. I drink iced tea Everyday. took a sip while waiting for the tots. VERY sweetened with no lemon. asked to do an exchange, the gal was obviously the manager in duty..she said it WAS unsweetened. I said, No You try it, she refused and just said it WAS. I asked for my money back. the other poor gal.gave me the bag which SHOULD have been cheesy tot, I told the manager again. seriously, take a sample of the tea! she said..I don't drink tea and shut the window. we left, opened the bag of cheesy tots to find chicken nuggets. I did call right away..of course No Answer. hope upper management sees these reviews, She is one.of the worst I've ever seen....

Worst food I've ever had. I'm in the restaurant industry and it's really easy to tell when they haven't changed the fryer oil in way too long. Onion rings and cheese sticks taste like grease and cardboard, the whopper had some weird white cheese and a pound of mayo, and the chicken wrap wasn't even edible!! The chicken in the wrap was so old and shriveled, at this point I couldn't help but laugh and remember why I stopped eating at this location. If they don't care enough to make the food right...and edible, it makes me wonder what kind of cleanliness is or isn't going on...yuck!
