Don't even bother coming here. Employees don't care about their jobs or preparing your food. Zero customer service and small portions that are over priced. They should either fire everyone that works there or close and do training. So frustrating.

I seriously advise everyone to STAY AWAY from this Chipotle. This is by far the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. They are constantly out of food. I just tried to give them another chance and they were out of vinegarette which is what makes the meal I get. Last time I tried it they were out of white rice, there were only giving pinto beans to online orders, they were out of mild salsa and they were only giving guac to online orders. My wife got a veggie burrito, which is supposed to be with free guac, that’s the point, and when I ask the girl if I could get some guac still since it was a veggie burrito she told me no with a bad attitude. They are also always very rude. Either laughing and joking amongst each other and leaving you waiting to order or they are blasting their music in the back and taking over the entire restaurant with it. They are never kind, never smile and always make mistakes. Me and my wife literally are always so frustrated every time we come in because of how unprofessional they are and how they are always rude and out of our favorite stuff. Whoever is running this chipotle is doing a horrible job. Bathrooms were also broken when we came in, their front door was broken for like 6 months, amongst so many other problems.

They were out of guacamole 30 minutes after opening. Got no refund for the guacamole had to call corporate. Then they gave me a large drink cup for my trouble and had no ice in their pop machine. My order was also almost 30 minutes late from my pickup time. They sent me out of the restaurant without guacamole in my order or on my burritos and when I checked the order that's when I found out. They did not even bother to tell me there was no guacamole in my order. Corporate issued a refund but I will not go back absolutely the worst run restaurant I've ever seen.

Occurred more than once needing to wait at the window while being intentionally ignored. Some of the employees at this location seem to have a chip on their shoulder. Luckily turnover is high in the minimum wage sector; hopefully management turn things around.

Normally love chipotle. Tonight was horrendous. We placed an order for pick-up. Arrived at the drive thru line on-time to pick up our order. Sat for 55 mins (literally, no exaggeration) while waiting our turn to reach the window. We tried to leave but couldn’t bc there were cars behind us blocking us in. I called the restaurant to ask what the problem was and was told they had a fundraiser and were super slammed. Ok, no problem. I followed up by asking if they could advise the cars whose orders were not yet ready to maybe park or come inside and wait, so they could serve the customers whose orders were already prepared and ready to go. Nope, this didn’t seem like a good idea to the employee. He couldn’t wrap his head around serving the food that was already prepared and getting those customers back on the road. So instead we sat as they made orders 1 by 1 that were likely ordered 30+ mins after ours. Food was not good once we got it. Cold. Tortillas were stale. Normally Chipotle is great. Tonight was a huge miss.

My family ordered online and it took about 15 minutes to get to the counter.It took a couple minutes for someone to respond to my pickup at the counter, but they were nice, and obviously busy with a line. Food was cold by the time I got home, but that's expected with food that's been sitting for about 20 minutes. Overall good, and the inside was clean.

I would put no stars! This chipotle is horrible. They didn’t warm up my tortilla for my burrito. I was over charged for cheese and guacamole. The store is dirty all over. Employees are kids who don’t care about there job. Guacamole was browning and had peel in it.

Best meal ever, the employees were super nice and the portions are good. I was doing about 30 minutes of errands after picking up the food and the bowl is still hot.
