Our family went to have dinner at the bar section on a sunday so we could enjoy a drink with our meal. We were being attended very kindly by our waitress, but the manger on shift an older lady with glasses, ruined the vibe. Very unprofessionally belittled the waitress in front of us and other customers for "the way she was talking to us". That's something you don't do in front of customers. She could could of taken her to the office or even the cooler, but not front of customers. The waitress was super friendly and attentive she didn't deserve that.

I had ordered the moons over hammy omlete, hash browns, and pancakes. The waitress was great nice and polite. My food on the other hand was not cooked all the way. My pancakes were still doughy in the center, the omlete was runny still from the eggs, the only thing that was good was the coffee I had ordered. I did let the waitress know and she did explain that there were new cooks being trained. I'll give them a second try on another day.

I happen to really enjoy a few particular dishes at Denny's, like the berry crepes! The strawberries have tasted relatively fresh every time. That doesn't happen very often. I appreciated that the management staff recognized there was an app/menu issue and didn't require more money from me since I technically ordered as necessary. Anyway, it's what you expect from a Denny's. It's the staff that makes it above par.Dietary restrictions: Denny's will work with you to meet any dietary restrictions. I feel uncomfortable guaranteeing they'll meet every need, but they'll give it a go.
