Decided to try Fable for the first time for my husband’s birthday. We were seated immediately at the bar and the bartender was prompt to take our drink and food order. My husband got the duck cubano and I ordered the pork nachos. My food was absolutely horrible. The toppings were a few cut up bell peppers and like 4 sprigs of cilantro. The menu description said freshly fried chips, which they definitely weren’t. I also think there was suppose to be bacon on them and there wasn’t. Please either revamp them or take them off the menu to save someone else from making the same mistake I did.

My girlfriend and I wanted to get out and enjoy the lovely weather we were finally having on a weekend, so we decided to try Fable. Let me tell you we weren’t disappointed at all. We had the opportunity to sit out on the patio and enjoy the sunset with some nice crafted cocktails, an appetizer and an amazing pizza. The service was very spot on, lots of servers bringing drinks, food, etc.. whenever they were ready. The inside was very nice. Looked like a nice cocktail bar, not so busy inside, mostly because people wanted to be sitting on the patio. So let’s talk about the food, we ordered the steak fries, they were amazing. Crispy fried fries, thinly, sliced steak, with a mushroom bechemal sauce and some blue cheese… amazing, but the only thing my girlfriend and I would recommend is, because of the serving size of the fries and if you love steak, order the extra steak (it’s worth it, trust me). Now we mainly went for drinks and appetizers, but the people sitting across from us got this pizza that smelt amazingly delicious, so we ended up ordering a pizza for dinner. It was the BBQ Pulled Pork pizza, let me just say, everything about it was amazing and was not disappointed… For someone or a group are looking for a very nice place to enjoy an afternoon or evening for food and drinks or just one or the other, I do recommend stopping by and giving Fable a try, we definitely will be stopping in and trying more from the menu for sure… Till then

Update: Got to visit again, thank you Jeff for taking care of our meal. All i can say is that service still needs improvement. Don’t forget on all the tables you already have. This is one of my favorites place to dine in. Unfortunately our waitress forgot our main course meal and just gave us our appetizer. VERY DISAPPOINTED… we kept waiting for our food almost an hour and she completely forgot. Excusing herself “that she didn’t hear us” like what!???? She clearly repeat our order and asked, if we wanted our appetizers first or with our meal. So Frustrating!

Hubby and I have been wanting to try this place out since it opened. We were sat and waited 10 minutes before getting waters. No drink or order or eye contact from server. 5 minutes later a table next to us was sat. They were given service before my hubby and I. Both drinks and then food, we finally got up and left as they were getting their food order and our drinks weren’t even on their way out after 30 minutes of waiting. Very disappointed as it wasn’t that busy and there was another server who seemed to be doing fine. We should have asked for her to take over.

My wife and I have visited Fable twice so far, and have been very impressed by the food, the drinks, and the service. They're absolutely killing it down there. Within my party, we determined that the biscuits & gravy, the Monte Cristo, and the brunch burger were among the best - if not THE best - we've ever had. I dare you to find a better burger in the Tri-Cities, at least. Our server, Jason, was top-notch professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Clearly someone who has a vested interest in the success of this place. The only pitfall of an otherwise terrific experience was when the perfectly pleasant music transitioned to an unnecessarily-loud DJ in the corner, who brought in his own system. I don't like yelling just to converse with others at my table.

Oh my goodness. I have had nothing but super service and food at every visit. The staff is friendly and engaging, the cocktails are heavy and the food is mouthwatering.Top fans are the balsamic burger and bottomless fish.Space is great for girls night or client meetingd.

I’ve eaten in this restaurant a few times, and I have to say it’s one of the better places in the Tri-Cities. Every time I’ve been, no matter if it was totally full or just a few people the service is always been excellent. The food is delicious and I try something new on the menu every time I go. If you want a great meal or just drinks with friends this is the spot.

Came in on Sunday around 2pm. Waited for 20 minutes to get water, then waited 15 minutes to get our first drink then order food.Hummus is zero stars. Color, texture, taste. The other table was served with vegetables but we were only served bread. My friend and I, as being in the industry, were disappointed with our visit. Especially for the price! Not great.

Went here with my wife last night. It looked good in the pictures. When we arrived there we found a nice crowd of people very lively and vibrant atmosphere with a cool “book”themed restaurant. The food was out quickly and it was better than expected. I enjoyed (my first) a Balsamic and Brie Smash burger - very good! My wife is vegan and enjoyed a few options but her fav was the hummus and Pita (pizza crust)/ bread ?- also super tasty. We were excited to find a new place that appealed to both our food preferences with a unique twist on traditional food offerings. We will definitely be coming back. Left a little early but the DJ showed up around 9 PM. It’s a little tucked back in here but once you find it easy to get to. ( Looks like they have great outdoor seating for summer overlooking the River).Great addition to the Tri Cities.
