Quality control is severely lacking recently. The last three trips to this location have not been great. First, we get a batch of fries covered in sugar instead of salt. Mistakes happen, it’s whatever. Second time, I open my container to eat my burger to find a long blonde hair on it. Gross. Decide to try again and go to eat a bite of my patty with a pickle and there is facial hair on the pickle. I don’t think we will be returning after this.

This was the first time and we picked up Burgers shake and french fries. I've never eaten such greasy food. They gave us a bag for takeout we didn't make it to the car before the grease was leaking through the bag from the french fries. Eventually when we got home the bottom fell out of the bag.

5 Guys used to be my absolute favorite burgers. I rarely get to enjoy it due to living more than an hour away, so I was really looking forward to my visit last week.. until I got my food, that is.Fries were cold, limp, and soggy.Burger was bland. The bacon on the burger was so overcooked that it was hard, well beyond crispy.I had to remind them that I also ordered a shake, and it wasn't much more than slightly thick milk when it was finally made.Extreme disappointment in all aspects. We won't be back.

I understand it's one of their defining traits, but it's not fun stepping on a bunch of peanut shells just to get to my table. Anyways, took awhile to get my order (2 cheeseburgers and fries). The cheeseburger was not too special, I could've made a better one at home. And weird choice to put my fries in a cup, it makes all the fries not on the top soggy fairly quickly. Soggy fries are not appetizing. The rest of my fries they dumped in my bag lazily. The food was OK, I've had worse, same for the milkshake. Overall just a weird method of getting food to customers. Not a place I think I would choose to visit again on my own. Also spendy, but that's everywhere now.

This is a consistently good burger. I always get the bacon cheeseburger. I love that they will pile on all the toppings you want. The Cajun fries are amazing and the large feeds 3 if us. They are huge. This is our go to place right before a movie.
