Absolutely delicious! We definitely over ordered the amount the two of us could eat but it was well worth the experience! Took it back home for the rest of the family to try. I will say the HOT soup base is hot haha! The Szechuan pepper Is very prominent But by all means delicious! We will definitely be coming

Went there this week during the lumch hour. Had to wait 30 minutes for any food to arrive, we had an appetizer, it was burnt. The server was doing everything in the restaurant all by themself so I was polite about it. They were out of a lot of items. $45 for two items was not worth it. There were several spots in the restaurant that were dirty. Had a friend recommend this place...and I wont be back.

No music!! Listened to baskin Robbin’s blenders our whole evening, got the mini pot for two waitress never explained they cook it so you don’t get the experience-we told her it’s our first time here. She never helped us about the spice level so I got original and my food was bland, no salt n pepper even. The mini pot comes with three meats three veggies, we ordered beef pork and dumplings (8pcs) we only got 4 and they counted the meat in the dumplings for one of our two-meaning we only got beef and dumpling. We decided to cut our loss and pay anyway, cherry on top was the waitress took our debit card to another table and helped them with their order and got some items. THENNN decided to finish finalizing the payment bringing back our card.

Younger waitress is very friendly. Other waitress seems to limit menu on her own perception. Will keep coming here solely based on the friendly waitress. Otherwise will take my business elsewhere. I would like to add we come here often. One of the staff that brought water stated “I only speak English” it’s very frustrating that the quality of service is heavily dependent and on who is working. Speaking from a business point of view I would reevaluate who I employ. IF YOU DONT SELL IT DONT PUT IT ON THE MENU. If it’s a certain time of day, note that. Simple.

The server was either incredibly under-educated on the menu, or just rude. Nothing was explained to us and she would just get frustrated when we asked questions. It's very overpriced and the menu isn't clear either. Not coming back unfortunately due to the poor service. She's lucky I still left her a tip. Also the pork belly is a joke, Oscar Meyer bacon soaked in soup.

Our favorite dining choice in Tricity for authentic hot pot. The base soup is full of flavor and all the food choices are clean and fresh. We especially like dumplings and handmade noodles. The waitress is always courteous and attentive . We go there regularly and become so familiar with everything, we can literally place an order without seeing the menu. We always take all the left over to go so I can do a mini hot pot at home.

This place is a bit on the expensive side, but the portion sizes are HUGE, so with that considered, it is VERY reasonably priced and sooooo delicious! It is a great experience taking your kids to make their own soup and the only reason my daughter eats cooked cabbage! Such a great way to get kids to eat their veggies!!!Just be sure to share with a few other people. We try to just get ONE pot, 1 order of onions/veggies and 1 order of noodles and that's enough for our family. The noodles are sooooo good, that my daughter & I spar over who can get the most, so if you order anything extra, get more noodles instead of veggies! The service is excellent, but they do get a busy rush at dinner time so my only advice is arrive before 5 p.m. for less wait time, and request salt & pepper or hot sauce, as they do not provide this at the tables before you are seated.

I ordered the combo mini hot pot where you can choose three types of meat and vegetables. Do NOT order this menu item because you'll get a bowl of soup as what's pictured. Defeats the whole concept of cooking while dining in. I felt their menu was misleading and this soup tasted like sh*t! My tofu was falling apart, Napa cabbage, soggy, and all my meats were over cooked. Broth sucked! Their chili oil also wasn't chili oil but a mixture of peanut butter and chili oil... skip that sauce. Overall, super disappointed in this place.

First- the smells are amazing here. The parking lot is sorta busy and it's located in a strip mall. The staff here are very great and amazing! It's a small little restaurant. We had to wait about 20 minute since it was packed. Food was really pricy though for just 2... ended up spending $100. Everything had a cost, check your menu when you orders

Great food, home made items you typically find frozen. Try the home made noodles and dumplings!

Expensive and limited options. For what we paid for 2 we wish they at least had a sauce bar.

If you want an authentic Chinese hot pot soup, this is the place to be! We drive in from The Gorge occasionally just to eat here.
