Got there early and waited a few minutes for my order and then received the your order is ready text and saw them set the food down on a shelf by the bar. So I asked about it and was told " my food would be brought out when it's ready" even though it was clearly ready. I said I could see it and she continued to help other people and it took an entire 15 minutes for her to finally go check and notice my food was ready.

Went with my mom and brother and it was a real disappointment. First off, the water I got had prices of lettuce in it and stuck to the inside of the glass. Then we got our food and my mom's "garlic fries" were literally fries with raw garlic stuck on top. The chicken Parm sliders make me ill. Needless to say, this is over priced food that is nowhere up to par. ?

Boy oh boy, it sure is dark in there! The food and drinks came out promptly. We were checked on regularly.It'd be nice to have salt on the table. The fries actually needed a little sprinkle... unless I'm some crazy salt monster...Vegetarian options: I had a black bean patty wrapped in lettuce (rather than a bun).

They NEVER have the mozzarella sticks. Hire another person to make or change your menu to state RARELY available.
Our server Faith was absolutely amazing! The restaurant was out of Gluten-free bun options for the sandwiches and burgers. She went out of her way to help find an alternative. Five of us came in to the restaurant. I’ve never been so humiliated this yr. Faith in a triggered bad mood sat us in a table of FOUR. I had to grab a chair from a different table and accommodate myself outside the table in the middle of the hall. Every time someone passed by I had to either duck or do something for people to pass by. Did not eat my food in peace. You’ll never see me in hopsndrops anymore.
