Everything we ordered was great, so it took a little longer to come out with the food this time, but we were not disappointed. The server had such a loud voice it became irritating to all of us. But give this place a try, great food and drinks.

This used to be our go to place for not only happy hours, but dinner with friends and out of town guests.....not any more! since they have built the new tasting room across the way and redesigned the patio area and raised their prices to pay for them the quality of their food has gone down hill. Whoever is buying their meat needs to do a far better job because It is nothing but pure gristle. It is a shame to see another restaurant that was once very good decline in quality and increase in price

Dramatic improvement since Bookwalter built the new tasting room and moved that function across the street. The restaurant is now 100% focused on delivering a fantastic product with impeccable service! Full service bar with high-end tequilas, Scotch and Bourbon, and excellent, elegant menu items at good prices. Bravo, Manager Jeff! Your positive impact is obvious and appreciated!

First time there. Was anticipating the normal menu but they changed it up for Valentine’s Day, which didn’t include the items we were hoping to get. Regardless, had the Moroccan chicken which had ok flavor but was pretty dry. Also had the NY steak which they did a good job of cooking medium, considering its thickness. That said, it was nothing special for the price. You can get better steaks for less at LuLu’s, Bud’s, or even the Roadhouse. Sat in the barrel room which has a barn feel. Lighting was good and it was surprisingly acoustically friendly, but still felt like a barn. Might feel better in the summer with the doors open. Did enjoy the Old Fashioned even if it was a little heavy on the simple syrup.

We came to Fiction through a recommendation.. and Fiction did not disappoint! The atmosphere was great, not too dark. Our waitress was amazing. Very knowledgeable and super helpful and attentive. The food was to die for! The best pork chop I’ve ever had! This might be our new date night joint!

Atmosphere was up to par as well as the food. Service was good and took care of my boyfriend and I.
I was very pleased. The food was pricey, but at least I got what I paid for. The food was delicious and the service was phenomenal. This will be marked as a favorite and hope to come back soon.

I had the fig and Canadian bacon pizza tonight and didn’t care for it. After taking it home and letting the family taste it I think I know what it needs! The crust is too savory. Get the crust to be a little sweeter and I think you’d have a better entree. Maybe add a bit of molasses? The service and atmosphere of this place is great. The drinks and the burger were fantastic, as well as the bacon wrapped dates. We will definitely give this place another try.

Much smaller menu in the winter, was pretty disappointed with my choices and the quality. Have had some great food there in the past though, so I remain optimistic.Revisited almost a year later, absolutely stellar food and drink, will be back. Can't list all the wonderful delicacies we tried and those we need to come back for.Wheelchair accessibility: Only one handicapped spot, and lots of poorly parked cars= very hard to navigate for someone with a larger vehicle and limited mobility, but hopefully off hours and an off day would be better anyhow.
