Ordered 3 loaded breakfast sandwiches w/ a friend and ordered it together. Robert the manager told my friend he had to have a receipt to use the bathroom. Doesn’t make any sense. That would be same scenario as if i went in with my daughter and she couldn’t use that bathroom because she didn’t physically pay for the food. Let’s avoid useless comments like that to “Customers”. Looks like the staff needs another training course of “Customer service”. Especially how he handled the situation after that comment, very rude and disrespectful. He needs some training clearly…

Honestly wouldn’t be surprised if this store location was to close. 6$ for 3 egg rolls and have the audacity to give me one sweet and sour and then try charging me for me for more sauce after already charging me 2$ for a water. Who the hell can use one cup of sauce for 3 egg rolls ??? get real. I usually don’t eat fast food but when I do I know it won’t be Jack in the box anymore !

after I placed my order inside, I seen alot of cars go through the drive through and I felt because I ordered inside my order didn't take priority over drive through, and seen the manager sitting out in the lobby on his phone while the crew was struggling to get orders

My Halloween special called witch something. Well It did not taste very good plus it was 1/3 whipp topping. I asked the manager about it she told me it just did not mix all the way. I was in a hurry so I took he at her word but by he time I was in my car I could tell she was wrong. $6 for 2/3s of a large. Sad face.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

There is not alot to add about Jack. LolSometimes they ask you to pull infront if you're in the drive thru. They will bring out your order to your vehicle.Parking: Location shares parking in a unified shoping area. Parking is fairly easy.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no major obstructions for wheel chairs.

The foods fine enough and the place was mostly clean, maybe touch up your baseboards but thats micro-managing type nonsense.How in the absolute hell do y'all justify these prices? $8 for a burger? I bought 4 deluxe double cheeseburgers with whatever branding name you have for them for damn near $40!Its lucky you're open 24 hours and folks get cravings cause that kinda of pricing is just unconscionable.

Wish I could give zero stars. Sat in line while being the only ones in the drive thru for almost 10 mins. Worker wouldn't give my husband his card back then told us to pull around front to wait another 15 minutes. Asked for a recipt and the worker said "no" and walked away back inside. Glanced in the bags, looked like everything was there. Got home which is about 20 mins away to find out they gave just fries in one of the kids meals and then no chicken strips or fries in the other, wrappers were thrown in, but no food in them. Huge waste of money. Not even worth the drive back to fix it.
