Today for lunch I decided to try out Jersey Mikes. I was welcomed by a great environment and an awesome staff. One of the employees helped me pick out the 13, which was delicious. After today I will never touch another sub sandwich unless it’s from Jersey Mikes.

The manager is the epitome of trash. She's overbearing, cruel and an all-around knuckle-dragger of an individual. I'm no fortune teller but I see this person living a lonely and miserable life at the end of her days. She treats her employees like cattle and has the quintessential feel of someone who feels like the world owes her something. Spend your money elsewhere. Trust me.

Tried getting help to try the birthday sandwich. Staff was really rude. I said then I won't be able to eat here and I wanted to try it out and he hung up on me. Happy Birthday.....

I've always enjoyed the sandwiches here. My favorite is the Italian...oh and they have Stubborn Soda Root Beer here, love that stuff!!

I regret to say that my experiences here have been nothing short of disappointing. The primary issue is the consistently poor quality of the sandwiches, especially the club sub which is never prepared correctly.Compounding these issues is the owner's unprofessional attitude. Any constructive criticism about the food or service is met with defensiveness and pettiness. You can clearly see this in his responses to other 1 star reviews. Rather than taking feedback as an opportunity to improve, the owner chooses to argue, belittle customer concerns, and display a clear inability to accept criticism. Given these experiences, I cannot recommend this establishment and will not be returning.

Customer service is terrible from only Whitney. Everyone else in the shop treated me with respect and was ready to help me... Here was the situation. I ordered a regular and giant sandwich and I received a regular sized bag in which I accepted. I then go on and get my giant sandwich and the bag rips and the sandwich fell so I took it back and asked for them to remake it and they did. Then Whitney brought my sandwich to me she started to talk to me as if It was my fault, she started to mimic me. I have never been treated with this amount of disrespect. I walked out of the store shaking and crying from how upset I was. I told my sister about this and she called jersey mikes. Whitney picked up the phone and wouldn't let my sister talk to the manager. She told my sister I have no common sense, started to laugh and then hung up on my sister. This makes me upset because jersey mikes was my favorite place to grab something quick, but after my interaction with Whitney. I will not be returning. I gave them a generous tip, I don't deserve to be treated this way.This is the reply to the gaslighting. Please post the video. I was two steps out of the store when the sandwich fell, I wasn't by my car. The sandwich fell right in front of the door. I didn't raise my voice until Whitney started yelling at me and making fun of me. I do support local but not to people who are rude to their customers. :)

I would give this 0 stars if I could. HORRIBLE customer service. Whitney caused a customer to leave crying and when I called about the incident she would not let me speak to anyone else and ended up hanging up on me. I have never been treated so poorly. If you are the owner of this establishment, fire Whitney.

Jersey Mikes is unequivocally the best sandwich spot, it's a little pricey but considering the amount of food you get it's a deal. I eat here quite a bunch with my buddies and never have had a bad sandwich to my memory. The employees are awesome and always down to talk, plus the owners are fabulous people. Get the Philly cheese steak if it's your first time.

This store has 4.1 stars and it should have ZERO! I got food poisoning from this specific store. The others are owned by someone else, so keep that in mind when coming here.The owner called me and was attempting to gas light me. Insinuating that I was lying about having food poisoning. I was not lying, I told him I did not have a receipt and that I had scanned my points. He informed me that he would look in the system and look for my order. Again mentioning that I was the only person to EVER report food poisoning from his store. A week passed and I did not hear from Derek, so I went in the store with a peaceful outlook. His lovely wife was there to answer all my questions. But first, miss mamas informed me that I was rude to her husband, she was right there listening and I was so rude. Again asking me for a receipt that I didn’t have. Miss mamas was so rude to me, I got rude back. After leaving a quick search of their names told me everything I needed to know. Former Roasters CEO, Derek took over after the whole controversy. I'm not saying race may have played a role in this but side eye.I love Jersey Mike it’s this establishment and anything Derek or Whitney have their name on will not be supported. Oh and if you’re wondering, no I did not get a refund but it’s okay because it was never about the refund. It was about the principal.

Wish I could give this restaurant 0 stars.... This is the second occurrence that I've pre ordered food on the app and my order got "lost in the shuffle" when we walked in and no other people were ordering food. And when they discovered our order got lost in the shuffle they continued working on other peoples orders. Great work crew!
